The first e-cig that I ever tried was from GreenSmoke. I purchased their basic starter kit, 5 high strength tobacco carts, and the gold carrying case. The long battery they sent me has something loose in it and doesn't work properly, the case is crap. I paid $32.00 to have it overnighted early Friday morning and they didn't ship it until Monday. The carts taste like crap and the customer service isn't very good either. Maybe this company should be added to the list.

Levelcigs.com has terrible customer service and my cartridges are all dried out that they send, plus they keep charging my credit card for the autoship program I already cancelled.

Hello, I'm new here, but just wanted to make anyone I could aware of what smartsmokerusa did to me. I signed up for free trial, not aware that I had to mail it back within 10 days...my fault for not reading fine print. When I called them, I found that, not only had I been billed $99 for product, I was signed up for the "smart plan" where they would send me cartridges monthly and bill me monthly! I had no idea! To their credit, they cancelled my plan, but would not refund my money, even if I mailed it back to them now. I am going to dispute the charge with my bank, I think it is an underhanded way to do business, and the 'fine print' was really, really fine! This is similar to those vitamin and male enhancement products getting your credit card number and billing you continuously. By the way, I kind of liked the product, but I am quitting everything. If I were going to continue to smoke, this is not a bad product.....

Curious when you ordered from levelcigs, did you order anything other than the original 59.95 ...I got mine last week and I definitely don't want them to autoship anything.

The con is you push a little button to make that happen, although I dont think its much of a con...I am getting use to it now. The also have the auto batteries much like the e9s..I will be ordering some of those too very soon. They are built a bit different from the e9. The E9 has air holes at the end of the battery and the KR model's air holes are closer to the mouth piece. I think the KR autos will be easier to puff than the E9. That is just my thoughts on that since I dont have the auto KR batteries yet. Hope this helps you. | |
