There's another thread about Smoking Everywhere here - http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/for...verywhere.html Ecig.com did eventually send out the new mini ecigs after a few months. Their customer service, quality of product and reliability are still rated very low. A poll on Dealextreme esmoking products shows that around 50% do not last a day - Dealextreme esmoking products (If you are lucky you will get a good one and they seem to be rated well considering the low price. The low survival rate applies only to esmoking products, other products haven't been assessed and seem to be a good deal.) |

I have had very poor results using e-cig.com. I found their shipping costs to be very expensive. The customer service, are poor. The products ordered faulty, and of poor quality. |

I just realised that I should have posted in this thread instead of in "Reliable products and suppliers", but that's where I posted my original question. Anyone interested in my experiences with that particular supplier should follow the thread above. At least I now have their name in the right thread. Happy New Year! |

| Supporting Member | I ordered my first e-cig (MiniCig) from E-cig.com Dec.01'08. Both batteries crapped out after only 18 days. Now I have a ton of carts and no way to use them. After several attempts to email E-cig.com about the issue I finally received help with the online chat Rep on their site. Be warned, ya better know the warranty or they'll try to scam ya into thinking you gotta pay for shipping or buy more products so they can throw the replacement batteries in for free with the order. Wished I would've found and read through this forum before I bought from them. Oh well, as long as they make good on the replacement batteries it'll be "acceptable" service, but nothing great by far!!! Guess I'll find out in a few weeks, mailing them back the dead batteries tomorrow. I will not be ordering from them ever again that's for sure. I did like that lil' MiniCig though....before it died. ![]() I now await my DSE 901b from Katy....I love her already!

.... I meant to add that the batteries crapped out after only 18 days of very light use!

I have been trying to get a hold of Shirley Brown (Cust.Service - NJoy) all morning about yet another product of theirs failing on me. No one ever answers the phone for them! I am done with giving my money to that careless company!!! I don't know how many of you out there give NJoy your business, but I believe it is in everyone's best interest to stay away from them. I am sick of bad service and poor quality, and that seems to be what NJoy is all about. |

Send an email to Mark Williams mwilliams@njoy.com or Jim Palasota jim@njoy.com Here's some additional contact info: (480) 305-7951 ext 106 (888) 669-6569 ext 106 15455 North Greenway-Hayden Loop Rd., Ste C-15 Scottsdale, AZ 85260 I had problems with them returning calls/emails. I still have the Njoy that was my first e- cig purchased but I keep it as a spare since their atomizers don't hold up for more than a couple of weeks of heavy smoking and they only have two-holes which make them really hard to draw. I got tired of calling and waiting and sending them back. | |
