I got my new white penstyle from epuffer this morning. Nice unit, very sturdy and heavy, I wasn't expecting it to be for a generic pen model. And great vapour production with very little priming. I've been vaping away for about 4 hours now and the battery is still strong. The included carts were "reg tobacco" but they taste very little like tobacco, as most do from what I've been reading. Funny thing, this seems to work better with cartridges rather than dripping, which is the opposite of my puresmoker.com DSE901, and opposite to what most folks on here report with penstyles, As in the wicking system is not efficient. Mine is great so far. I like both very much, but I still prefer the feel of the DSE901. So if you're in Canada and are leaning towards a penstyle, I would reccomend epuffer's model, even though the service was quite slow. Their office is a 45 minute drive from where I live and took 4 days to arrive. Still faster than from the states through Canada customs as they seem to be taking their sweet time with packages of US origin. That's about it. End transmission

another note....the draw on this is surprisingly hard, even less draw than a DSE901, weird for a 4 hole atomizer I ordered a spare atomizer and same thing. Anyone else notice this?? It's not bad enough to warrant a return, but surprising.

i understand this is an old thread, but i just ordered this same e-cig and i wanted to get your opinion on something. do you find the device too big, or awkward feeling? shortly after i ordered from e-puffer i wondered if i should have gone for the smaller penstyle. thank you |

.. I hate the ePuffer model. While I'm walking, I can't take a continual slight breath from it because I run out of breath. I have no car and walk miles every day and like to smoke pretty consistently. The DSE901 is great because it has the overclocking mechanism and I can take one strong puff at a time like I do with a cigarette. Also, when I suck from the ePuffer (it is a penstyle), sometimes I feel it hit my lungs but no smoke produced. And a taste of some other chemical like maybe the filter is burning or overheated which I have read here, can be a very dangerous problem. Overall, battery life of the penstylePuffer is close to 1/2 that of the DSE901. BESIDES THAT*****the ePuffer is ridiculously priced and I do mean RIDICULOUS. I can't see any reason for that intense price, and the intense price of the spare parts.. I mean, it works no more than 1/2 as well as the DSE and it is nearly twice as expensive. Horrible buy, and horrible site. Those people should be ashamed of their petty theiving. Furthermore, their return policy is not at all customer service oriented. 20% off the refund if the paint is chipped, which it does very quickly (mine is red). No refund for cartridges used, even if they didn't produce the desired effect--they also sent me a box of 5 that were No Nic. instead of High. Plus shipping was pricey and I didn't want to pay that again. Didn't bother returning it. Overall, I find PureSmoker to be great including their customer service. ePuffer, is a rip-off. |

I've had nothing but good service from epuffer.com.
