Yes it is out of stock ... and probably they will never sell it again.
My brother got this one- the atomizer worked for one or two months, but the carts are with bad taste (at least for me) and it wokrs if dripped but not very well with carts.

I think it was replaced by this: DealExtreme: $33.44 Health Electronic Cigarette with Chargers and Refills Set (Fully-Automatic) , which seems to be the same in a cheaper package.
