I also have a 510, which I use to drip, (got tired of messing with polyfill) and unless the atomizer is like new, my vapor production falls of dramatically. That doesn't happen with the kr-808 until it needs refilled.
Bottom line, though, whatever works for you. Being off of analogs is what is most important!!
Glad you disagree, this is what creates discussion. There are many other outlying variables, but apples to apples.... same drag length, same voltage, same time to RMS voltage, same juice, same relative humidity, same atomizer, same cart... you will produce less vapor with more delivery of nicotine on a 100% saturated medium to the coil as compared to a 50% saturated medium to the coil. No opinion involved, whether it be a 510, 901, 801, KR, etc..., it is just how it works

The KR808D-1 is a 3+ Ohm class atomizer while the 510 is a 2+ Ohm class atomizer. That has a lot to do with vapor production.

I have a bunch of 510's.... and I have a bunch of KR808D-1 cartomizers. I have yet to see a KR808D-1 cartomizer put out the magnitude of vapor that a 510 atty-cart will. And that is using the same e-liquid. Generally speaking, I consider the KR808D-1 to have "901 class" vapor production... which makes sense since the 901 atty is also in the 3+ Ohm range.

Excellent point.

I love my KR808 cartos but not really because of the vape but more of convenience and some other reasons but not vape productin( I know I know it can produce vapor, but it can't compete with a 510 by no means

the 510 definitely pumps tons of vape even on its worse day

This is coming from a person that is a fan of every model I have

all has it's pros and serve its purpose one way or another

Vapor Production on the KR808 has a lot to do with the battery and the carts you use. I have been vaping these from almost day one that they were introduced... believe me there is a lot of variation. We have carts that have large notches and carts with small notches. Then you have batteries with small holes and batteries with large holes. The carts can be filled correctly or overfilled/under filled. The combos that work are large hole/small notches or large notches/small hole. For example a large hole battery and large notches cart would not produce a lot of vapor. The best combos was the original one....large hole battery and small notch cart. With that combo you get as much if not more vapor with the KR808s as with the 510. Also this depends heavily if the carts are filled correctly. Now days most of the carts are overfilled...when you open them up they are pooling with liquid. This chokes the atty and the vapor production isn't very good. If you open the cart up and see that the cart is overfilled just blow out some of the excess liquid on to a paper towel before starting to vape. You will see that it makes a dramatic difference.
