It seems some decided to take my review and turn into some crusade. Since that seems to be the case it's my opinion that everything is a copy of the original e-cig design. There is only so many way's you can make something and similarities are going to happen. I'd challenge anyone to design a car and have it look like an original design. In the end it's going to have 3 or 4 wheels , a roof, steering wheel, etc... Since it appears my review has been turned into a cause hopefully no one has any ill feelings because I did the SP2 review. If anyone does, send me the version everyone keeps bragging about, I'll do an honest comparison review. PM for mailing info.

I agree, great review. I think the Steampunk Sparkplug is the best value for dollar going now. I can't understand all the negative and 'they copied' comments....

| Super Member | You know what man you did a great review, and it was detailed, but I think the problem here is that some of us support certain products a little too much. The over all design does have a resemblance to the the Super T BUT from what i can tell this is alot fatter and uses a different type of battery and the whole concept behind the Super T is that its super slim, which this isn't . We can never alter peoples perceptions and they will believe what they want to. At the end of the day though every mod out right now was in some way inspired by the Screwdriver. Thats all I have to say and its just my opinion and I know no one asked for it but you guys can have it anyway. Also stop drinking this so called "kool aid" doesn't matter what flavor it is SD, GG, Super T, Prodigy it really doesn't matter lets all act like adults (i know coming from me that doesn't mean much) something don't need to be pointed out, most of us on this forum aren't stupid and see whose copying what and what all is going on.

I'll do a side by side comparison of the Super T and the SP2 if I can at a later date. In the end it's my opinion if you have a great idea- keep it to yourself, contact a patent attorney, get a patent, then work out the manufacturing details. The marketplace for any product always weeds out the superior products from the inferior products. As I said in my review of the SP2 it does what it was designed to do very simply even thought it could use some improvements as well. There are supposed to be three more reviews of the SP2 coming along soon, I hope those who created those awesome banners for the opportunity can do so without feeling like they are supporting one persons product over another.

Nyabzns! Great review! It would be nice to have a review done where someone isn't coming in to interrupt it w/ an unrelated comment... This thread is a review of the SP2, Respect the Review... Not everyone will agree w/ all products... We are human! For a first review, nyabzns, it was great! I don't have one but followed closely while Darkest set this up... I am not a mod person so will probably never own one- My pocketbook isn't that deep... But congrats for the detailed explanations you gave... pros and cons- AND all in your opinion and words... That is what a review is all about! |

Excellent review. Especially for a first effort! I like your suggestions as well. Keep us informed about its longevity, and any other issues you find with it. ( handling, temperature, the atomizer adjustment, button stability, etc. ) Don't fret over the PV wars. By next year there will be just as many mods as there are cigarette lighters.. They can't ALL be "BIC" brand lighters.. As soon as they come down in cost, there will be dozens of designs and colors from China and other places flooding the market. Such is the way of things...
