ANYWHERE USA, INC. Single Location > 3101 W HALLANDALE BEACH BLVD STE 100, HALLANDALE, FL They made an offer for a Free Trial with just shipping costs. However, I just found out they took over $100 out of my bank account. I tried to call them and all I got was a recording. Going online I found some complaint sites where others have been scammed the same way. You can't find a phone number in order to talk with someone. They have a contact form on their site but according to what I read people are not getting a response. Instead, they keep charging them monthly for a membership. If one has a credit card you can stop them. However, I have a debt card and the bank can only stop it by changing my card. When I do that, I am without a card for two weeks. I live on Social Security, which isn’t that, much. This company is robbing me. I see that your site may have a phone number but I can't afford to pay the price for that information. How can I get the phone number without having to pay such high fees? M. Sue Baldwin I am sending these copies of complaints as I believe these people are scam artists. There must be some way to prosecute them. Also, there needs to be a way to stop them from taking money out of my bank account. Taking money without authorization is ID theft. |

Company address is 360 Main Street, Washington, Virginia 22747. Maybe a phone call or letter can get things straightened out with the new owner. Good luck! |

According to papers found on line, Miller is a shell company which also owns: "Smoke Anywhere USA, Inc., is a marketer and distributor of personal vaporizers, under the Fity-One™, Krave™, EZ Smoker™ and Green Puffer™ brands. Personal vaporizers are electronic devices that vaporize a liquid solution, which provide users an experience akin to smoking without actual combustion and as such no smoke or noxious odor is dispelled from the device. The most common form of personal vaporizers are "electronic cigarettes" whose solution constituents are primarily propylene glycol, nicotine, and tobacco flavorings or essences." |

| Well I just had to cancel my debit card thanks to this company. It has been 14 days and I have not received the free trial nor can I get a response to calls or emails trying to cancel. And as I have seen 15 days after the first charge you get hit with the next 2 for $89.95 than $29.95. The rep I talked to at bank of america said they have received many complaints about Smoke 51, EZ smoker and smokeanywhere, all the same company as far as I can see. So now that the banks are getting complaints maybe something will get done about this scam. Thank goodness for the web so I only lost the $9.95 but now I have to go without my card for the next week. |

I had some problems with my smoke 51 batteries as well. They don't seem to last as long and they are falling apart. Now when I plug in the battery in the charger I have to be careful not to twist it too hard or it will get stuck in there. I had the 16mg menthol cartridges and I bought 3 packs and they didn't last long at all, went through 3 packs of 5 within 1 month, 1 pack usually lasts me the whole month.

I sent for the Smoke51, and was charged by EZsmoker for 9.95. I followed directions, even watched the video. I got about one puff--then nothing. Recharge, new cartridge, about one puff, maybe 1 1/2, then nothing. Began phone calls and emails to Smoke51. No replies. Then my account is billed by SmokeAnywhere for $29.95 and the next day for another $89.95. Bank cannot do anything. But they put me in touch with bank claims department. I will wait another week for smoke51 to reply, then I will file a claim. The odd thing is that I'm willing to pay the $130, if it only worked! Or if they would reply! Or fix it! |

SMOKE-LIGHT.com ships from Hallendale Fl too. And their 36mg liquid tests to 18mg And their 24mg liquid tests to about 11mg (ordered 36 BTW and they shipped something labeled 'mentholgrass high') Sad, because the menthol has a decent menthol tobacco flavor, not mint. They shipped quick, too bad they never reply to email. bastages!!! tolip |
