    I have one of those choppers that cubes the potatoes. I like onions and peppers in them but the kids don't so I made them without. I just mix them with butter, oil, season salt, garlic, pepper, and put onion flakes so the kids don't notice. I didn't plan my shopping very well or I would have grilled some peppers too.

    Oh. Pardon.
    Fish sticks, pasta shells and lots of cheese, coleslaw, green beans.

    Not gourmand but fast and tasty (-;

    Nothing wrong with home style. I had leftover BBQ from the weekend.

    Nice! Been a while since I had fish sticks, used to mix ketchup with tarter sauce.
    I made chicken salad from left over smoked chicken.

    I haven't done any in a while but I like to marinate chicken breasts in Italian dressing overnight and then smoke them for a couple hours. They really take on the smoke flavor.

    Lot's of food pics from my trip up north! Enjoy..............I know I did

    Outback Steakhouse: Day One!

    Bubba's a local burger joint. Had the Rodeo Burger( 1/3lb with Cheddar,Bacon and BBQ Sauce. Oh........Don't forget the TOTS!!

    Makinaw Brewing Company: Day Two! Had the BBQ Combo with Ribs,Brisket,Wings and Bangers(Smoked Sausage). Also a glass of thier local brew Cherry lager.

    Pegtown Station: Day three! Best pizza in the Traverse City area.

    Slabtown Burger: Day four! My son and I split the "Double Bypass special( Two bacon double cheeseburgers with Sweet Potato fries. Worlds best Root beer(Home brewed),and Chocolate malts for desert.

    After I have my own double bypass and drop 100 pounds i will be okay again after this trip! There was one other place we dined at,but the phone battery died!
