After 3 days of refilling my penstyle cart i notice that the liquid from the atomizer starts to discolour the filler a dark brown colour and you can hear the liquid inside start to glug as it gets thicker!
This is time to half fill the atomizer with water 4 to 5 times in a row shake vigorously and empty contents.
then you flick the atomizer untill all water is gone(like hitting a drum), you will be suprised how much water she holds!
3 drops, new cart, 10 puffs and hey presto shes like new
Its been working for me so far and would like anyone to try it and give feed back

Just tried that on my Penstyle and it works
, but I was well nervous because it took a while to get smoke out after adding the juice. Of course, the water alone won't give vapour and it took a while for the PG to take, but for a moment there I thouht I'd killed it
, and one of my batteries started to complain (the other one produced vape straight away)
Maybe a better idea to let it dry out first!
Jimbob: I also want to try the boil-with-vinegar method. Boiling alone has so far made zero difference.
I haven't yet come across a glue-like substance (probably because it's still stuck on the atomisers, particularly my first one!) but when I blow through the battery end, I hold a tissue-covered fingertip to the other end, then release. Brownish liquid shoots out, and yes there are a few black speckles in it. Because I sometimes have the tips of the cart fibres singe slightly--if I haven't fitted them back carefully enough--I thought they are probably bits of charred plastic. Not healthy, but should'nt penetrate through the mouthpiece.
I find that e-smoking is a lot like pipe smoking. There is a sweet spot when atomisers run just at the right heat.
I don't understand why it's not possible after all there are people in Nasa talking about putting people on Mars. What are they gonna use for Electricity? Very long cables?
No, they're going to put up a nuclear power plant.

denni its a good idea to use a hair dryer to make sure the atomizer is all dry inside.
I said "NO" to nicotine but he wouldn't listen !

But then drip directly onto atomizer 2 drops add cart and leave for 2 hours or so, or be prepared to taste burning as the liquid isn't fully soaked into the wick!
I prefer not to use a hair dryer as i think the wick should always be wet never dry, but each to there own

Hmmmm...... fairly new to vaping (about 2 weeks) but I've been on that same atomizer until yesterday when I got some more batteries and atomizers. This is the thing, my old one is not producing good vapor, which is to be expected since my wife and I have been using it as much as the batteries will let us. So I got 4 new atomizers and 4 batteries with some more juice and some new carts. don't like the new carts, they are thinner at the tip which i like but the material inside has like a plastic cap on the bottom which breaks apart if you try to remove it or move it around.
So here's the issue, all my new atomizers but one taste terrible, which from what I've read seems to be a priming liquid or something. Correct me if I'm wrong. I've primed by putting 3-4 drops in atomizer and plopping freshly filled cart on then letting sit for about 5 min. One of my new batteries gives an extra bad taste no matter what atomizer I use. I'm thinking about boiling some of these atomizers if the taste does not burn off pretty quick. I'm pretty sure I have M401 parts. Any suggestions as to technique or am I just being paranoid and need to burn off the new nastiness on those?

Retina_Burn - it's probably the original prime juice that you're tasting. Try washing out one first by simmering in some water with perhaps some lemon juice in it. Shake dry, blow dry to a bit if you wish. Add 6 drops straight into the atomiser. Then after a couple of minutes try it. You may need a few moments for the atomizer to start working normally.

okay guys, im fairly new to this (i havent even got my dse901 in the mail yet) but i am quite good with pipe care. i know the best way to remove any sign a pipe has been used is by soaking it in a mixture of kosher salt and grain alchohol. i dont know it this would damage the atomisor, but i know with a pipe when you do it if you let it sit that way for about 8 hours the mixture is solid brown from all the nicotine it removes from the briar. if it does it that well with a pipe then why wouldnt it work to get an atomisor clean?
