Dont ask me why because it doesn't happen for me, but some atomizers take a long time to start again after a wash, even after left all night to dry out. Pete - VG is itself oily in appearance, especially when it gets more pure as water content reduced. It is not actually an oil though. The deposit is not oily either, it is very dry. btw, notice any bad smell when you dip the soldering iron like you described? |

Hangar - like Joe said it may of just needed a little mroe drying and more priming. I had a couple that i had cleaned, left overnight. Tried suing them the next morning, no joy. Took them to work andplayed there. Think i ended up dropping about 8 - 10 drips and puffed away on it for almost 20 - 30 minutesbefore it fired up again. Now if i clean one, i'll let it dry overnight (or do the oven drying method). Then before i use it i'll fully top off a cart and let it sit for at least an hour if not longer. |

| Pete--I have only read positive posting except for a few that have tried it---most are having great sucess with it--It is now my only core that I will use---and this business about saftey issues is a lot of bunk IMO--if you can leave it in your tea and drink it--that is save enough for me--This polyester fiber toxic gas you kept reffering to had merit and you soundly addressed the issue--so thanks my friend--we appreciate it---Sun

Oops! ![]() ![]() ![]() Typical! Just found the thread about using teabags for Cartridge filler ... is that what you were referring to? Must have got a little confused by the reference being in an atomiser cleaning thread...so... has anyone tried using tea to clean atomisers ![]() ![]() |
