Just to let everyone know this atomizer is still working like brand new no awkward taste has developed no lack of vapor no "primer puff" i have been using this cleaning method doing it once a week and have actually been bumping the dry burn intervals up to 45 seconds!

Are you doing this with a 3.7 volt device or HV device?

3.7v but heres the thing and please people do your research before taking another members word or advice a nichrome wire (the coil) in our atomisers will survive tempatures of 1400 degrees farenheit and the solder joint will survive till around 450-600 the fact of the solder REALLY depends on the type the size of the solder joint etc etc so people if you can understand to rinse for at least 30 seconds to get rid of the burnt taste after the dry burns have fun ive been using the same exact joye 510 atomizer for 7-8 months now
