I used pro health on all of my "dead" attys. Turns out 3 out of 5 of them weren't dead. I just revived one of the old 901 attys and am currently vaping on my usb passthru.

Now if we can just figure out how to make the batteries and passthrus last forever, that would be great!

PS my passthru for my 510 got disconnected (wires on the back disconnected from the e-cig component... ie, I must have yanked it!

I did four of them tonight and lost the wicking out of one.

    Otherwise, I love the method.

Is there a video somewhere of someone demonstrating this entire process? I dont get the whole "re-priming" concept. Thanks in advance to whomever accomplishes this demo.

And I have never understood why anyone would say dripping reduces atomizer life.
That doesn't make any sense to me at all, and I think it is one of those myths.
I’ve only been using my 510 for a couple of weeks now but I do notice that once I start dripping the atty seems to starts loosing some of its power (ie it becomes harder to draw on/less vapor is produced). I only drop 2 drops each time and vape until I notice a slight burnt taste. So does dripping mean you’ll have to clean um out sooner than if you were using a cart or am I just doing something wrong?

Noobie here, and would also like to understand the prime process first. I get the rest of it just fine.

That sounds just like an atomizer that is somewhat flooded.
I don't drip with my 510 because I tend to flood it too often.

When I'm dripping, I use my compatible 306 atomizer on my 510 batteries.
The 306s have a larger bridge and seem to be able to handle more juice.
And because the bridge is exposed I can dip instead of drip.
And dipping is better because no danger of flooding.

But now that I've started using the ADP mod, 510 w/cartridges is working great too.

Yea could someone please elaborate on this "difficult" but necessary process. Seems to be the only thing holding me back from cleaning.

"Re-priming" is pretty easy - at least what I've done has worked fine.

After drying atty for 24 hours, put 2-3 drops of juice directly on the bridge and leave standing up (batt side on the table) for a few minutes. Pop on your full cart and start vaping.

I've found it takes a bit to get the atty back up and cooking like 'normal' but after a few times I think you'll get the feel of it.

Priming is just putting drops of your e-liquid on the atomizer bridge inside the atomizer (after you have cleaned it). Depending on your model, usually 4 (510 or 901) to 8 (an 801) drops of liquid. You may need to add more than that. If you add too much, simply blow it out a bit.

Sometimes it takes a little while to soak in, so I leave mine sit for a few minutes before I start to puff on it.
