lol i burned the crap out of my carts trying the pin method yesterday. I found a hot paper clip works great for slicing through the cart to shorten them though. thought i could mod a cart for extra juice storage, but all i did was make a big mess and never did get my carts to fit tighter lol. i'll try it again though. my 510 carts are way too loose for my 901, and some new 901 carts are too small for the 901. I've been tailpiping my ecigs because of cart problems. i have plenty of carts to keep experimenting though |

These are good ideas! You can also lightly score the cart all the way around a few times on the part where it fits up into the atomizer with a hobby knife like an exacto. Don't do it too heavy or deep, you don't want to cut through the cart plastic all the way, just score it. This pushes the plastic up on either side of the scoring so that you get a better fit. It's nothing dramatic but it works, I read it somewhere else on here a few months ago and tried it and it does work and is easy to do. No heating necessary, just be careful of the cart and yourself.
