Default Make a loose cart have a snug fit.

I've had my new (to me anyway) 510 at home all of 2 hours.

Testing the carts I obtained, one atty left the various carts very loose.

    My solution?

I wrapped plumber's tape around the carts once, towards the top (furthest from the atty) to it'd fit better.

They fit nice and snug, and I didn't taste a difference, so I'm not burning the latex.

That's a good idea. I was thinking about what I could use to wrap around the cart to make it fit tighter. Never thought about that teflon latex tape. I've got several rolls of it, have to give it a try. Thanks.

I wonder how electrical shrink tube would work? . I'm going to buy some and try it.

I would think shrink tube would be a tad too thick, but let us know how it works out for you.

I forget who came up with it but you can heat up a paper clip with a lighter then very slightly melt the inside of the cart on 4 sides and it will be much tighter. There's a video on here somewhere of that method.

This method works great, but use a sewing needle instead of a paper clip.
    Here's a link for a better explanation.

But my mouth piece fits inside the atomizer, not over the top of it.

Just put the pin marks on the outside of the mouthpiece, where it slides into the atty.
