I've had my new (to me anyway) 510 at home all of 2 hours. Testing the carts I obtained, one atty left the various carts very loose. My solution? I wrapped plumber's tape around the carts once, towards the top (furthest from the atty) to it'd fit better. They fit nice and snug, and I didn't taste a difference, so I'm not burning the latex.

That's a good idea. I was thinking about what I could use to wrap around the cart to make it fit tighter. Never thought about that teflon latex tape. I've got several rolls of it, have to give it a try. Thanks.

I wonder how electrical shrink tube would work? . I'm going to buy some and try it.

I would think shrink tube would be a tad too thick, but let us know how it works out for you.

I forget who came up with it but you can heat up a paper clip with a lighter then very slightly melt the inside of the cart on 4 sides and it will be much tighter. There's a video on here somewhere of that method.

But my mouth piece fits inside the atomizer, not over the top of it.

| Super Member | Just put the pin marks on the outside of the mouthpiece, where it slides into the atty.
