Back to the Mod, does anyone have problems with the poly fil sticking to the atomizer bridge? Fluval does it also, having to pick fibers off the atty also, suggestions? |

But, as I mentioned earlier in the thread, I take my Bic lighter and singe off any errant fibers when I first make my plug. That works quite well for me personally.

You know, think back to when you were 7. Put your finger over a drinking straw, pull it out of you glass, put it to your mouth, and blow it at your sibling! Same principle. A "V" or a "/" will both work. But if you use a "/" it's half the work! Scottbee, I've had the filler stick a few times to the atomizer. Just remember to tilt it first and pull it off the atty slowly. Your filler may be too big, too. --Prof Daffy

The blue foam does not stick to the atomizer. It has pulled away clean each and every time. Also makes the cart resemble a miniture bingo dobber |
