The ONLY time you ever twist a cart while removing it is, when it's really stuck and there's no other way to get it off. If it's hard to get off, try rocking it side to side just a little as you pull on it. Twisting the cart when it's in contact with the atty bridge is guaranteed to mess up the cart filler and leave shreds of it on the atty.

There is deffinatly a learning curve with the ecigs, any additional tips? (especially to get this mod to work?) I feel so silly struggling with this, while everyone else has it perfected! lol |

the string mod works the best with the 510 carts. I've been trying it with 901's but definitely don't get the same success. No idea why. There must be some difference inside the carts. Anyone with same experience?

Either way, I finally got around to trying this mod (used both straws and the spring) and it works great. You definitely have to draw a little harder to get the last half of the juice, but it's still a better solution than the PTB plug. Good work here! | |

I've tried the spring and it DOES work, but I'm doing it with a 401 and it's awful having to cut the spring SO small and try to get it in the tiny little cart. People who are doing this with 401s, please tell me exactly what you're doing to make it work without giving you a temper tantrum.
