The current easiest way to refill would be a syringe. However, I am curious if the straw mod and ADP can be combined, reverse the use of the straw and use it refill instead of letting air out... just unsure if there enough space for a straw and a spring. If I have to choose a cart mod tho, I choose ADP. I get tons of vaping time from a single cart. the straw just lets me get the filler full and it lasts less than half the time the ADP does (for my vaping habits anyway)!

    Kristen love the idea and photo, now if someone will build it - they will come. (-;

Been vapin for a few months now as well, this mod (I only tried spring horozontal) works fantastic on my 510. Like others have said, much lighter pull, lasts much longer... consistent until dry - this rocks!!!

Could someone please do this for us 801 users.

I've been asking about 801 carts and the general opinion is that 801 is used with dripping method, it seems that almost everybody has given up with carts with 801. I tried both the straw and the ADM alone and combined with no succes so far. Some said that the straw mod was good for them with 801 but not for me it just doesnt wick, for me is the same performance with straw, string, combined and the cart just as it is, no wicking

It would be great if somebody finds out how to make them work better cause given the size of this carts it's just a waste of space not being able to use them at their full capacity like a 510 or a 901

There's no reason I can think of that this shouldn't work just as good with any model of electronic cigarette. Regardless of how large the cartridge is, a certain amount of filler material is all that is needed to keep the juice from leaking out. The only trick to this is to find a way to keep the filler from getting pushed down so it stays in contact with the atomizer.

On an 801 I would think a straw might be the way to go.

<--------- picture of me using this mod

    So here's the deal...

I bought around 200 blank cartridges awhile back, when I was in my stocking up phase.
They are very cheap at Heaven Gifts at only $2.40 for a package of ten.

But I got tired of the wicking issues when using a cartridge filled with the stock filler.
So I started using the blue foam, and all these blank cartridges were sitting here unused.

Then just for kicks, I tried this mod and found that it works perfectly with a little polyfill plug.
And now my blank cartridges are little carrying cases for my polyfill plugs!

Every time I want to refill I just snip off a new piece to use as the plug.
Of course, it helps to have a keychain Swiss Army Knife that has little scissors on it.
Otherwise, this wouldn't be quite as convenient and easy.

But I'm just happy that I'm going to be able to use all my blank cartridges again!!

Some people are getting the needle-tipped bottles from the hobby store for refilling. They are for fine paint or oil applications on models. You just slide the needle tip in along the side of the plug.
