mod idea: no polyfill, all liquid cart

So, is there a mod that holds 5 ml of juice in a bottle, with an atomizer submerged in the bottle? Something like a nebulizer, or a cool mist humidifier but much more portable.

I tried to look at Carlos' video in the mod forums, but its marked private.
I checked out the auto drip mod, which is an excellent alternative if something like this cannot be done. I'm sure it can be done tho, with all the fancy flying machines and sliced bread and 5v mods and all.
