Are you guys ready for this?

A week before my Janty liquid ran out I did some more research to see what else is out there and I saw people recommending TW’s eliquid so I ordered the following from Totally Wicked USA:

One Platinum Ice E.Liquid Mixing Kit at $74.99
One 510 TITAN Electronic Cigarette-Mega Power Manual Battery at $19.99
One 510 TITAN Electronic Cigarette-Atomizers at $14.99

Order number: 319558
Post Office tracking number: 4209 5117 9101 8052 1390 7867 2080 72

The total came out to $108.72 after all the charges. I would say this is a pretty good size order especially for a new customer. I waited with excitement to try my new mega battery and mostly the liquid. I kept checking the status of my order every day. After about 2 weeks I sent an email to TW’s UK and US locations to see where my order is. The emails went unanswered. I finally started calling the post office. The package was apparently lost/misplaced in shipping and they could not find it. Next I called TW and spoke to Amanda. She explained their policy to me which basically comes down to this:

First I have to wait for 28 days for them to determine what happened to the package. Next they will decide what to do. Then, if they consider replacing the order with a new one, I would of course have to wait again to receive it.

This comes down to a waiting period of about a month and a half from the time of my original order and full payment. She also said she will look into it and will call me back which wasn’t very helpful but to be fair I’m sure she only works there and has to do what she’s told.

The next day I received a phone call from a British woman whom apparently was the manager. She was very rude and confrontational. She kept cutting me off and became totally annoyed when I decided not to let her cut me off and to continue my sentences and finishing them. She then started to raise her voice so I did the same which resulted in a shouting match and her asking me not to shout. What totally set her off is when I asked her why I should have to pay and be out of my money for this mishap. After all, I’m just a customer who has ordered and paid in full and I just want my product or money. I don’t care whether the package was lost, destroyed, flew away, or was chewed by a dog. She kept cutting me off and repeating herself, cutting me off and repeating herself, cutting me off and repeating herself, cutting me off and repeating herself, cutting me off and repeating herself, cutting me off and repeating herself. If you think reading this was annoying imagine actually experiencing it. She wouldn’t let me get a word in edgewise and kept telling me that this is their policy and this is the way it is and I’d have to deal with it as if this was the law of the land.

She could have very easily resolved or remedied the situation by at the very least being a little polite and/or helpful and not cutting me off in the middle of my sentences every time and acting like I owe her something. Yet she chose to escalate the situation. Again, this is a case of a NEW customer who has ordered and PAID IN FULL and has WAITED FOR 17 DAYS so far to receive their product (or should I say 20 days since today is Friday and nothing will happen during the weekend). Needless to say I’m back on analogs since I didn’t get my liquid.

Any self respecting company would have apologized, reshipped the product, and dealt with the post office directly and on their own to keep the customer happy, or at least treat a new paying customer a little better instead of throwing their pitbull at him and FORCING him to wait for a month and a half to have either his money or product. Dealing with Totally Wicked USA branch and the British pitbull woman who called me has left me feeling frustrated, disgusted, annoyed, insulted, and cheated. This is something I didn’t need in my life. Apparently they don’t need new business.

Some people will probably respond to this by saying TW is great and they always got their shipment on time and without any trouble. Getting paid and shipping a product to a customer is something any company can and must do but customer service and the way customers are treated in times of trouble or situations such as this is what builds a reputation for a company. I don’t know about you guys but with this tough economy and disappearing sales there are merchants out there that bend over backwards to please the customer instead of attacking them. Totally Wicked USA will not get my business again and I hope my experience warns others as to what may be in store for them should they experience a problem with their package or need customer service.

To top it off and make it even worse, they keep deleting my thread and all of its replies from their section. What does that say about a company?

I should’ve just stuck to my honeydew flavor eliquid from Janty. I highly recommend that flavor and it seems to be my favorite so far. 5 of my friends and family members have already started vaping since they tried my ecigs. Guess what company I will warn them against and which one I’ll recommend.

I blew out my atty on my Janty Stick last night and switched out the battery, but the used up battery felt a little greasy when I removed it so I folded up a paper towel and twisted it a bit inside the battery chamber to soak up any juice that might have been in there. It was the first time I'd ever done this.

The paper towel might have gotten caught up in the spring as I had to tug a little to remove it. I didn't think anything about it until I put the fresh battery in and it didn't work...good batts just leave it blinking red now.

What did I do to the battery chamber that I might be able to un-do....I hope. :(

I purchased the original janty stick adapter for the 510 and the initial run of adapters had some issues. It gave a real weak performance and was generally not very impressive. Once Janty got the replacement adapters in, I turned in a ticket and quickly received my replacement (thanks Ethan!) but was quickly disappointed in it's performance as well. Feeling a little snake bit I quickly dismissed the adapter and put it in "the drawer", you know the place where you put the things you buy that suck (i.e. 901 batteries).

Then my friend picked up an adapter for his Janty Stick and it worked like a freight train. So, I went back to the drawer pulled it out and tried it for a few hours, it got a little better but not what I had witnessed his do. I then replaced the battery in the stick with a new one, since it had been in there a while and had been charged and recharged a lot. I charged it for two hours and then tried it.

A LOT more vapor, the throat hit is still slightly diminished but the vapor is not. It performs quite pleasantly actually and I am now happy with the purchase. So, if you think the adapter stinks it may be worth a second try.

About a month ago the JS atomizers were out of stock and based on the advice of another Janty user I purchased 6 attys from MyVaporStore. Prior to shipment from MVS I received 5 Janty attys via warranty replacement.

All attys came packaged the same way in a white box in cellophane with subtype check off blocks on the body of the packaging. The assumption was the attys were from the same company. The only difference between the two appeared to be a darker gold band on the JS version with the logo applied.

However, the performance of the 3 MVS attys I've used does not even compare to the stock JS attys. They simply do not last as long.

Perhaps I'm predisposed to Janty's attys lasting longer because of my past experience with getting months of use and the MVS attys are, in fact, the same...but at this time it appears the 2 types perform differently in terms of quality.

Have any others noticed this phenomena?:D

Hey guys.

So - this is something i have been working on myself for some time now, and i thought it was time to show it off.

But before i do so...

Hey guys.

So - this is something i have been working on myself for some time now, and i thought it was time to show it off.

But before i do so i want you all to know the following:

1) I will not discuss the technology here - yet.
2) The video preview is for you guys - i just made it, and its only to show you that this technology exists, and hear your initial reaction on it.
3) We might never produce it, - and i am not promising anything; having said that, i DO hope we produce it, and i think this is what the e-smoking world needs right now.

So, im pretty excited about it - and i _really_ hope you guys will be too.

The video is a bit boring, and im in the process of converting and uploading it now, so it will be an hour'ish before it comes up.

Until then, i can tell you what its about:

Me, smoking nonstop, for 20 minutes, on one filter - in the Baby J, with _perfect_ taste, and _perfect_ vapor on each hit, - and when i stop, its not done - i am though.. ( couldnt take anymore )...

For those of you that are cart-smokers, I trust you will see the improvement - a normal cart has to be smoked not too fast, or too harsh or it dries out too quickly - furthermore, the taste is not the best in the world - and it wont last a third as long as this one (if even that).

For drippers: You all know dripping tastest the best, but at the same time, 2-3 drops is equivalent of 6-12 good hits, if that - and then you have to redrip.

So, I hope you like it!

The video is in 3 parts due to Youtube limitations, and i apologize for the wait!

Hey guys,

So heres a small tip that some of you know, and some of you does not.

I myself hadnt actually read this part of the manual when i first started out, so i had resorted to a million different ways of cleaning my atomizers - and they all had some good points, and some bad.

However, after speaking with Thor, from Janty.dk today, he told me that i should just do what the manual says, and so i did - and it brought back the taste in 20 (!) of my 801 atomizers that i had otherwise deemed awful.

Mind you, it did NOT bring them back to life (as they were working but tasted horribly) - but it did restore them to actually a condition where they tasted like new ( without the primer.. ew )

So for those of you, like me, that sometimes skips the manuals, here we go:

Take your atomizer, - put it under hot water and rinse it. You dont have to do it excessively, just rinse it out over the course of 20 seconds or so.

Then blow at both ends of your atomizer till it appears dry, and you cant see it "sprays" out water on a piece of tissue.

Then insert your atomizer into any vaping device you have - THAT RUNS 3.7 VOLT (do NOT do this with higher voltage devices )- and in the case of a Jantystick, then push the button and let it hit cutoff, WHILE you blow air into the atomizer with your mouth. Do not have the filter on for this ofcourse.

Now, this will smell funny - none the less, keep a finger on your atomizer, while you do this (if it gets overly hot, let it cool down for a bit before continuing), and do it up to 4 times - till the cutoff is hit ( for those without a cutoff, thats around 12 seconds ) - keep blowing air from your mouth onto your atomizer during the entire button-pressing-stage of this.

Once youre done, you drip 5 drops of any liquid you want into the atomizer, - let it rest for a minute, then try to take a hit. If it still tastes bad, put two more drops in - if it still tastes bad, add one more drop and do this until it tastes good.

Notice: After you put in the 5 drops, after initial burn-cleaning, make sure you DO taste if its good, this varies on atomizers. Some work right there, some dont. Also make sure you dont drown your atomizer. If the taste is there, and you get almost no vape, then its almost drowned.

Once you get it going, add 2-3 drops everytime you need to redrip - or if you use carts; you know what to do.

Happy vaping, and let me know your results!

DISCLAIMER:
-- Even though this IS part of the manual, i will not officially take any responsability for any damage you cause by this process to you, your atomizer, you PV, your cat, your lawn, your neighbours girlfriend, or anything else that could be harmed, or destroyed ( or broken ) while doing this!

-- But i doubt it will get to that point :-D
