The publicity would be excellent.

Remember, we get more flies with honey so make your emails about your experience and be sure to let them know how important it is to smokers' success that they have a place they can go and vape both at their local vape shops and in adult venues.

If you have any articles that you would like to share with them, please attach them to your email. This is so very important. Kitsap may lose their right to vape. Please do not delay and send your email today.

I've written several emails to my MEPs (Members of European Parliament) about the proposed EU TPD amendment. One of them has mass-replied about the issue to a whole lot of people who've contacted him about this. The result is that I'm seeing a lot of emails from those other people to the MEP, because they're using "Reply All".

Now I think this is a good thing - I'm getting a lot out of seeing what other people are writing. Sometimes someone else makes a point I'd forgotten, or puts something in a clearer way than I managed. But others in the email list might not want to be swamped with emails like this.

I thought of posting my emails and the replies I get here on the forum (actually, I'd put them here: EU Legislation - would that be the right place), so that others can read them and comment on them if they like. Naturally I'd only post my own emails, and the replies I get from my representatives - but I'd invite others to also post theirs if they'd like to.

What I was wondering about, though, is the etiquette/ethics of posting the replies I get from my representative. I could easily anonymise the name if that makes any difference. Is there a presumption that correspondence between a representative and a constituent of this kind is public-domain (barring any specific request for confidentiality)?
