Hey all,,

I'm pretty new around here recently moving up to a eGo-c Twist. I'm curious as to what opinions are out there on a tank with a tighter draw than the Kanger I'm using. I've been getting better results with the CE5 I also posses and have been instructed to pick up a vivi nova which I'm doing tonight.

Any other suggestions?

Okay, I've been vaping for about a month now and am really liking it. My current set up is eGo VV twist (3.2 - 4.8) with a Kanger Protank.

The last couple of days, I feel like my vapor production seems to be a bit diminished like my battery just isn't producing the punch it used to fresh from the box even with changing out to a brand new atty. I could be just imagining things as well.

So, here's my question(s):

- I've been thinking about a mod like a Smoktech SID. Is this hopefully 510 threaded?
- I've hunted around for this, and forgive me moderators for potentially doubling up on a subject, but can someone explain the resistances or make some suggested resistance - voltage suggestions?

I normally vape using a VAMO apv(ego V2). It has firing issues. I have a couple of twists for outdoor and these are very reliable but the output power is not enough for my aga-t , cobra and ithaka. Also no resistance reading and topheavy. Since, for the moment, there are no GGTS devices for sale, I have decided to buy a provari. Now my question: does the provari works well with the ithaka? Are there problems with the airflow? My drippers nor the gennies will be a problem but how about the ithaka
Thank you for some advice

I am about to attempt to set up my first RBAs. I have an IGO-L, Nimbus, AGA-t, some little drippers and a couple of others. LOL, I know, just trying to stock up in case the FDA goes nuts. I am almost at a point that even if they do...I'm good.

I don't like warm vape, I don't care for throat hit, I like a cool smooth vape....just flavor and vapor (and Nic :)). So if I understand this correctly, I'm not looking for low ohms. What gauge kanthol should I use? Steel mesh vs silica, cotton, ceramic, ss rope?

Who's videos are the best to watch?

I know this goes against everything most strive for here but is there something out there to get a cooler "hit" from a mech mod? Will coil build do that? I love mech MODs they are sleek and sexy...and cute :) but I enjoy my EGOs and Vamo more. A provari is in the near future but right now mech MODs have priority. Better a too warm hit than no vaping.

Thanks guys for any help and advice.

Now, I've seen videos on youtube of people with just nuts vapor.

I currently have two ego twist batteries, 1300mah.

Every cartomizer I've tried filling sucked. airy draw, weird flavor, not strong, just.... I don't know, funny. Maybe the smoktech ones just suck, but I've watched a ton of videos, I'm pretty sure I'm fillin' em right.

I have no issues really with my vivi or my clearomizer, just that the vapor is a little faint, and I feel like the flavor could be a little stronger.

I'm wondering what the "perfect" tank is for flavor and thick vapor, in general. I know flavor, blend, PG/VG mix all plays in (so far I think I like 20-50% vg, more seems to be a little cleaner drag for me)

I'm not concerned with "throat hit" and as I understand it, I don't like that much. what i do like however, is that thick, buttery feeling you get from a good perfectly packed pipe or a perfect temp'd hookah, where you are just exhaling thunderclouds. That's one of the things I miss the most from my pipe, is that buttery feeling from the super thick smoke. but I also don't want that to come at the cost of flavor, although I somehow doubt more vapor would mean less flavor.

So I'm hoping the vets can throw a few ideas at me!
I like the look and huge capacity of this tank:
SmokTech V2 Tank Kit

But I'm hesitant about buying more smoktech things. Size and look isn't important, what I want is something that will produce clouds, and not taste terrible.

It's not important that it's a clearomizer or a cartotank or anything specific, but I'd prefer it hold at least two-ish ml of juice.

So, hit me with your suggestions. I won't be ordering for a while, so of course this isn't time sensitive.

You guys are the best. Love this forum so far.

I have a ProTank on a VAMO that is producing way way less vapor than it was before. I sometimes have issues with it being a bit too airy, but it's never dropped off vapor production this much.

The battery is freshly charged, and another ProTank I have fires up fine, tons of vapor, but this one just seems to be so week. I changed the head to a new one, still the same issue. I've been vaping this same juice (TastyFinger) for a week or two without issues before, so I know it's not that either. I really can't figure out what's going on.

Not the battery, not the juice, not the coil. I really don't know what's going on, so I'm looking for some advice.

I purchaced some 32 gauge kanthal and some fiberglass wick a little while ago to recoil my vivi nova heads. Tonight I got to the point where I had to finally do it. So I rewicked and coiled 6 atty heads. 5 of them I did 5 wraps and got inbetween 1.4 and 1.6 ohms which is what I was trying for and the other one I wrapped 6 times and got 2.3 ohms. All 6 of them seem to burn good, the coils burn evenly and I did not notice any hotspots. Now to my problem. As I finished each head I would test them on my evic to check ohms and to make sure the coils had no hotspots. Everything was good. I then put them on my twist and they fired same as they did on the evic. Then I tried them on my joyetech ego 650's, and as soon as I hit the fire button it would blink once really quick and do nothing. Then the battery would blink 3 times as soon as I took the atty off. I have 2 atty heads left that came with the novas that I havent used yet, so I tried them on the 650's and they worked fine.

Hi there, I apologize in advance is this post seems a little long winded but i want to try be as clear as possible .

Im looking for a new build as i feel im not getting the best vape from my current e-cig. I started vaping about 8 months ago and i love it. I started with a really basic starting kit, it was a basic ego battery and tank. It worked for a while before i begun to realise it was very bottom of the range and the quality of the vape quickly dropped. I them moved onto a Vivi nova tank with Ego-c Twist as i started to learn about VV batteries however one day the battery sprung apart and was completely broke -was not too impressed-.

Now im using a Vivi nova STV tank with an ITaste VV battery. When i first got this set up i was amazed with how good the vape was. It felt as if it was shooting vape into my mouth, a great, strong and reliable hit. I like to use strong flavours like lemon and menthal/green mint and tend to stay away from fruits etc (i find them to be quite sticky and thick and hard to get a strong hit of)

However, now ive had it a wee while it seems to have, once again, dropped in quality. I take great care when cleaning it, i change the atomizers when needed, however it feels like again i need to work harder for that strong hit, it just doesnt come as easy and strong anymore. This has brought me to the conclusion that maybe im not spending enough of my kit? The iTaste battery is about £27 and the Viv Nova STV tank goes for about £9,99 so is this still considered bottom of the range type stuff?

I would be very greatfull if i could get a bit of guidence as to what i should go for in terms of strength and reliability.

If you do reccommend anything could you please make sure its a tank build, aka the ones you buy liquid for and fill yourself, i just prefer that kind of build.

(i would be willing to spend in the region of about £60? is that a sufficient amount for a good quality build?)

Thanks! :)

Hello all,

This morning I turned my Vamo on and it worked perfectly fine. Now on my way to work as I was driving I switched out batteries and noticed that it wasnt turning back on thinking I grabbed the wrong battery I grabbed ANOTHER battery out of my bag same problem. When I go to work I kept trying these batteries which I know are fully charged. I noticed sometimes I get 2-3 blinks out of my screen when I am screwing on the battery cap SOMETIMES. I feel like there is an issue with the battery connector or the spring. If i play with the spring I notice I tend to make quick contact where the screen will flicker 2-3 times but then go out. Any advice anyone? Any experiences don't know what to do and I have only had this vamo for 1 week!!

Thanks in advance!
