I love my Noble 1, but I have a recurring issue with juice leaking into the battery through the center post. I tried several fixes (tightening, loosening center post, adding second o-ring,...) but to no avail. It's not like it's flooding, but every time I take of the atomizer, there is a drop or two on the battery: not very nice. Also, it seems to get worse as the juice gets lower in the tank.

Has anyone here experienced the same problem and found a way to fix it? Thanks for looking, and for your help :)

I have re wrapped thus thing 4 or 5 times alreay. Tried oxidizing the mesh wick more and more times. Trued a twisted wire wrap. Im only using 3 wraps around the wick. But still getting around 2.0 at best. It works better on my vamo then my mech mod. My kanger pros are destroying it. Im really excited to see what it can do but just cant get it there. 3 oranage coils on a nice black wick and still half assed. I know its not a short issue, im using an rsst rba tank. Everything is isolated. Any thoughts? The mech is measuring at over 4v. I should be able to get a decent vape. Right?

Edit...32g wire on 400ss mesh tube rolled with high pg liquid...vamo at 7-9w

The battery just flashes when I press the button to vape. Both batteries are working with my other clearos just fine. I noticed a tiny wire hanging out the bottom of the malfucntioning clearo. Any ideas on how I can fix it?
The clearos are the CE5 redux clearomizers with replacaeble wick/coil

Underneath of the head, I unscrewed the center pin then put my carto on the head while the pin was still out. I screwed the pin back in and snugged it up a bit but not too tight.

This is my first tube style mechanical mod and I wasn't sure about correctly setting the pin.

When I first got the Sigelei #8 mechanical mod it was working. Every few times I hit the button it wouldn't fire. I heard about sanding down the post to reveal the brass. Now that I've sanded the post and the contact point on the firing button I'm getting no firing at all. I have a draw tube just for laughs I took out the bottom cap and put it on the Sigelei tube. The Sigelei fires with the draw tubes bottom cap. But wont fire with the cap it came with.

The button is making contact with the bottom post. I still have the original spring it came with in there....

Ok...this is really starting to irk me. The threads on my vivi nova seem really shallow and not well cut. For a while I just eased it into the connector on my Vamo till it connected, but this thing is finally at the point where it will just spin. I know its not the vamo, any carto will attach nice and tight. when I compare a carto and the nova...you can really see the difference in thread design. The carto threads are deep and well cute. The ones on the nova are really shallow, and you can see where they have worn away. So has this happened to anyone else?

I'm to the point now where I'm ready to by a super back of SS cartos from surevapes and a tank...but at the same time, i really like customizing my coils and wick.

My cobra clone came DOA. I knew I would have to rebuild the coil as soon as I received it so that was the first thing I did. There is continuity between the negative post and the negative side of the connector and between the positive post and center pin on the connector. When connected to both my battery and my usb pass through there is a connection on the negative side but not the positive side.
Has this happened to anyone? Any suggestions?

Good morning folks.. I'm having an issue with my evod that started yesterday. I'm still pretty new to this game and couldn't find a definitive answer to my problem with a simple search.
I've got two Evods that I regularly switch between, depending on flavor. I've been using my ego-c VV. 650mAH. Well, the setup seems to have been giving me awfully harsh hits the last few days. Its fine if I'm careful on the draw, but I like full, satisfying hits that don't feel like acid on the throat!
Then yesterday, I started getting a lot of feedback - hissing, popping, and crackling. I'm thinking its an atomizer issue, as Ive been switching the same Atty between two Evods (lost one of the bases).
So this morning I took the evod apart and rinsed it out good, let it dry, then loaded it back up. The crackling persisted for a little bit, but has since quieted down. The harshness remains. I suppose this is what's called a dry hit?
How do I remedy this? Do I just need to be more vigilant on maintenance? What causes the snap, crackle and pop? Is the harshness a consequence of certain flavor? (The PG/VG is 50/50).
Thanks very much for the help!
