So I noticed, some of my atty's have the same taste...got it alot on my volcano atty's, really bad on my m801 attys and now noticing it on my 084 attys.

That is the best way I know how to describe the taste. Really wretched. Kinda aromatic, kinda green(think weeds or grass, not THAT green) and like plastic melting or something.

It's when they are new....

I never got the m801 to come out of it....tried polident bath in a sonic jewelry cleaner to no avail.

Do you just have to vape it out?

It's frustrating....I guess it's the new atty taste? I tried using a shop vac to hurry up and break in the one on my 084...like let the shop vac do the vaping til the taste goes away..but I can't really vape that nasty taste, I almost threw up today trying to vape it out of the atty..

Any help? Thanks in advance

so i just got the long-awaited 410-compatible PCC and am having a bit of a glitch with it: it completely discharges itself if i leave a battery on the charger after it's full. i fell asleep last night while testing it, and after i'd charged 2 batts with it, left the 3rd in til morning to find that batt charged but the box totally dead. not even the red "box dead" light, hehe - we're talking doornail here.

i'd think that after the batt was charged it would cease to be able to draw anymore from the box, but it seems to have. i also don't think the 3rd batt drained it just from charging. the "output" of the PCC says 150mA (not mAH), so that couldn't be the total it holds (not sure what it means, maybe total charge per batt). it's supposed to charge 5 batts.

so i think it has something to do with maybe needing to unscrew the charged batt a bit to deactivate the charger once a batt is charged or it will drain the box?

is this why the new m702 ones are called "smart" PCC's? because they don't do this maybe? are the old ones (without the meter on front) "Dumb" PCC's? if so, that's not too convenient since you'd have to constantly check on charging batts to make sure they're not charged and draining the box.

any insights from the techies here?

Two Janty 510 PT's Fried! Toast! Dead!
Three V4L PT's Fried! Toast! Dead!

Batterys don't charge fully even when I leave them charging for 8+ hours.

One wall outlet connected via long orange extension coord, connects to a power brick that powers a Mini Frig, a 750w 80% effecient Corsair Power supply,4gigs ram,2.5ghz core 2 duo, gtx 260 videocard computer, then connects to another power grid with surge protector that powers a comcast voice modem, a linkysy router,speakers,22 inc wide screen moniter. Then I have another extension coord coming from a diffrent room into this room to power my other computer/monitor and a microwave because when everything was powered by the one outlet in this room, everything would die if I turned on the microwave.

So only one wall outlet that works in this room. Its an old house, I'm 98% sure the reason my PT's keep frying/batterys wont charge fully is because of the old shotty electricals of the house and all the crap that its powering it. I need to call an electrician asap but I'm sure I can't afford one right now!

Theres really nothing I can do about it right now. Any tips/tricks/ inexpensive fixes/suggestions, comments, anything please I need your help!

I use this surge protector: Newegg.com - CyberPower 850 6 Feet 4 Transformer Spaced

I use these extension coords from home depot: Workforce 100 Ft.
Sometimes I use this usb extension coord: Newegg.com - AMC 10 ft. White AM/AF USB2.0 Extension Cable Model CUS2-10MF - Cables
Do you see any issues?

i bought a joye 510 from awesomevapor and got it today, and i got some decent vapes from the initial drip on the atty, but now when i look at youtube vids, theres no comparison that im getting not as nearly as much vapor as i should, i tried the single half of the lipton tea pryamid, going to try it with both halves tomorrow, ill most likely try the roll your own cig filter mod, and maybe the blue foam, if i get time, but im just wondering if im doing something wrong or what.

and i was looking at the straw mod, but idk it looked a tad risky and a pain to keep up with, and dripping sounds like a pain too

I'm refilling the carts that came with my starter pack (Janty Stick), and after a few refills, the juice stops flowing. Even though the batting is soaked to the point where topping is limited to 1 or 2 drops before they overflow, I'm only getting half to one hour of vaping and then the vapour stops, or at best is wispy and unsatisfying. This is a source of much frustration when I go out and despite a well filled cart, get left vapourless for hours. The batting is holding on to the liquid and refusing to release it.

What I've tried:

- Using a syringe to fill from the bottom and 'work' the batting to loosen it up. Gets me maybe another half hour and then stops.

- Removed the batting, squeezed it out in a paper towel, pulled it apart to loosen it and put it back. It then takes a dozen drops to refill and works great, for half a day, then it starts it's nonsense again.

- Removed the soggy batting, turned it around and stuck it back in. Worked great for a couple of hours, then back to the same problem.

- Tried a teabag mod. The draw became far too easy, like sucking air through a straw, which I didn't like, I prefer a bit of resistance. The vapour was fair but not up to normal Stick standards. Held a heck of a lot of liquid but wouldn't give it all back, which was a waste.

How can I get my carts to simply do the job they are designed to do?

I'm currious if anyone else has experienced anything like this. I had three M401 attys. All were about the same age, one a couple of weeks newier than the other two.

I rotate the things out and use one today, the next one tomorrow, etc..

All worked awesome until recently. I tried a new e-liquid out and after about 3 days all three of my attys have a horrible burnt taste. I've cleaned them using about every method anyone can post on here and still get the same thing.

I understand atty's don't last forever and being an electrical part they will fail but all three failing at once seems a bit odd to me.

All paper work is there but nothing about brand or model or re-ordering. Please help if you can I want to use this to quit smoking. I want to get some low and no nicotine cartridges if possible. Thanks in advance!!

I have a tenergy charger that came with my puresmoker protege to charge its 14500 3.7v batteries. The sticker on the charger lists many other battery types it can charge, including 10440

I just stuck two of the ultrafire blue 10440 batteries that came with my 901 lasermod and when I plugged in the charger, the lights turned red and were flashing. I only left it plugged in a few seconds as I didn't like the flashing red lights.

will this charger work or is the blinky red lights as bad a sign as it looks

by the way I'm trying this because either the 10440 batteries I have are dead or the 10440 surefire charger it came with sucks because I can't get good vape off these 10440 batteries on my lasermod, 2 puffs maybe then nothing and the vendor said there were some reports of bad 10440 chargers

My sister just followed the video on how to refill a kr808D-1 cartomizer. She says she added about 5 drops of liquid just inside the edge while holding the thing at a 45 degree angle, as shown on the YouTube video. When she tried to smoke it she got a mouthful of liquid and nothing.

I haven't gotten my juice yet. Has this ever happened to you? Any idea what she may be doing wrong?

My question is this: Can I buy one of those AC wall chargers that has a USB connection.........and just put it in an outlet in my family room and vape away like when I am at my computer?

Where would you buy one of those kind of chargers other than online?? Best Buy maybe....?? Don't have a Walmart close......just a Meijer and a BestBuy and Radio Shack.
I know you computer geeks should be able to answer this question.

Hello all. I love my Janty Stick. Got it about 2 weeks ago and its worked wonderfully until about Thursday of last week. All of a sudden, the battery no longer charges. Well, it does but just very very very slowly. Now, I've had a bad battery before. That doesn't bother me. Trouble is, I switched batteries and the other battery has the same issue.

When I say slow, I mean, I leave the Janty plugged into my computer for 48 solid hours and it still shows as charging. Before I could vape while plugged into usb port. Now, I plug in, leave it for an hour, and then I can get maybe one full drag. Next one gives me red blinks. The charging is taking place because if I leave it for about 2 hours, I can get about 2 drags before "blink blink blink".

Point is, it doesn't seem like the batteries are bad. It seems like the usb pass-through mechanic of the Janty Stick has bitten the dust. What do I do? Has anyone had this problem before? If so, please help. I've had to fall back on my old Npro and I've never wanted to switch back to analogues so badly.

Right now I am only using the 14500 batteries but I see so many other options out there like 18650 with a million different mAh ratings.

Where do I start, which ones work well and which do not? I’m so confused I don’t know where to start!
Can anyone with some experience lead me in the right direction?

Hallo. I got an Evo with a USB charger (couldn't be arsed with all that mucking about with power adaptors) a little over a month ago. Worked great until this morning. Now I have two flat batteries that stay flat no matter how long I have them in the charger. This is a very sudden development and it is pissing me right off.

What is happening here??

EDIT: Seems to be working now. Grit in the connection thingie, I think. But it's still going to be a few hours before I can get my nicotine fix. Gah!
