Doesn't happen with any other flavor. It also seems it needs to be "cooked" a little more, if that's the right term. With my other juices, I start my draw a second or so before pressing the button. With Tiki, I usually have to hold the button down for a second or so while very slowly drawing before I draw regularly, if that makes sense. If I don't do this, I don't get enough flavor, throat hit or vapor out of it.

I burned one wick before, but attributed that to not enough juice in the tank (I ran out of juice and was trying to get as much out of the tank as I could). Changed the coil when I got more juice, and now I randomly get burnt hits, even though I've been topping the tank off when it gets at about 1.8 ml. The tip is snug, not tight. I don't have this problem with any other juice, just Tiki. It's my favorite juice and I want to get the most flavor as possible out of it.

Should I try lower or higher ohm rated coils? I'm using 2.2-2.4 ohm coils.

When the twist battery comes out, will it fine tune the juice for me? If so, should I keep using the same coils?

I started to explain the difference between the G6 and Triton, prices, and why I am a Halo customer, and he said that he just wants the same one that I use...so his Triton is on order. Gene is not real interested in various flavors...yet...he really wants a "cigarette" experience as much as possible. While I like Tribeca, to me it is not a traditional tobacco vape, so we did order Halo's Freedom Juice for starters. Gene smokes a lot, but not strong cigarettes, primarily Marlboro Lights and such. What Halo tobacco flavor do you think would be the most "familiar" to a smoker?

How many different flavors do you consistent vape? Do you have 1 or 2 or 3 staples and have others that you vape whenever the mood should strike you? Or are you like how I was with cigars - a bunch of different ones?

I'm still new to vaping. My all-day vape is Menthol Ice. I regularly vape on Tiki Juice too, but it's more of a sitting down and relaxing or changing the flavor vape. I've got several 7ml bottles of other stuff to see if they'll either replace one of those two, or become another flavor in heavy rotation.

Menthol Ice, Tiki Juice and HX3 were my first 3 flavors. Coincidently, they're my 3 favorites by far. I'll pick up a menthol sampler pack when I either re-up on my regular juice or the spinner battery comes out, whichever comes first.

How many juices do you routinely vape? What are they? The transition was so easy it was scary. Got my Triton and some juices on a Thursday, had one cig that night and two on Friday. Had no desire to have another. Tiki Juice and Menthol Ice in my tanks hit all the right buttons. Got 7ml of each along with 7ml of HX3, Tribecca and Longhorn and a pack of XL cartos. Tiki and Menthol Ice went in the tanks, and the rest went in the cartos (along with Tiki to compare cartos and tanks directly).

Idiot me waited too long to re-order more Tiki and Menthol Ice. I ordered late Saturday night, and 30ml of Tiki and Menthol Ice, and 7ml of Shamrock ate scheduled to be here tomorrow (good thing I'm close to Halo and don't need rush shipping charges. The cartos aren't cutting it. The HX3 is pretty good, I'm not a big fan of Tribecca (although most rave about it), and Longhorn just doesn't work for me.

Regardless of what's in the cartos, they're just not doing it for me. I've broken down and temporarily admitted defeat and smoked 2 cigs so far today. But there's some great news, and I guess everything happens for a reason...

After 20 years of cigs, I can easily say I'm done. The cigs I smoked (my former brand of 7 years) taste absolutely disgusting. They used to be great, now they taste like a combination of inhaling campfire and licking an ashtray. I keep checking the tracking info hoping that it'll somehow speed up the process lol.

I guess I'm better off having messed up. It easily proved to me how much better vaping is. Taste-wise, not to mention the smell of my clothes, hands and face. I hate the constant hand washing and spraying myself with Febreeze, and drinking anything that'll take the awful taste out of my mouth.

Goes to show me that I bought the right equipment and juice the first time. Had it been other stuff, I probably wouldn't have re-ordered.

Can't wait till tomorrow afternoon when I'll be free of this crap again. I won't make the same rookie mistake twice (hopefully)!

Last thought - I ordered close to midnight Saturday. Stuff shipped out Monday morning.
