Trying to look for long lasting charge and quality....dont want to ruin the device obviously for a just a little more run time.

If so will they charge ok in the TN270 charger that provape sells?

I've had my new Provari Mini for just over a week now and I still find myself making frequent adjustments based on my tastes at the moment. One thing that's been bugging me is that a lot of time when pressing the button it registers as two button presses. I thought that over time I would find just the right way to press the button but I simply haven't come up with a way to press it that always gives me the one press I want. This makes navigating the simple menu options and making small adjustments pretty hard as it's very inconsistent.

Has anyone else had a button issue like this? It seems to register a double press about 1/5 of the time.

I'm posting this to see if there is a home fix before I send it back to Pro Vape. Last week my mini quit functioning completely. The button would flash when inserting a battery, but the menu would not come up nor would the device fire. I cleaned the contact pin and battery button with 91% alcohol. Still wouldn't fire and the menu wouldn't come up. Hmmm..... so I poured a small bit of the alcohol into the device, swirled it around a few times, dumped it and let it dry out. Perfect! Worked great for about 2 days, and then started with the same issues. So, I cleaned it out again and let it dry out. Worked great when I tested it and I took the battery out and put it away. Pulled it out today to use it and the same issue. Won't hit a lick at anything. Any other suggestions? I've only had it for 4 months so it's still under warranty, just didn't know if there was something I was overlooking.

I celebrated my first year without analogs yesterday. :toast:

Could not help myself and ordered another ProVari (my second one). I am glad they have factory seconds V2 on sale just now. Good timing.

I ordered satin silver with red display. Yes, I am a bit on cheap side with it. But I own the blue led version already. I do not fancy those color tubes so satin silver was the only choice for me. Besides, I managed to drop my so far only satin silver ProVari from my chest pocket last week - it hit the edge of field shovel during the metal detecting - and the tube survived just fine without any dents. I am happy camper.

I did some research trying to find something "upgraded" for my second VV mod, but could not. Just ended at ProVari again.

Ordered yesterday and shipped today. That was fast. :thumb: :thumb: :thumb:

Hello Provarinatis,

I've finally got a Provari, but I had to get it used since I didn't have the funds to get it brand new (I also understand I have no warranty). I've been using it for a couples days now and this afternoon in my very very silent office I started noticing a very faint but high pitched sound coming from the Provari when I was firing it. I tried to replicate the sound with no load on the Provari itself (took off my carto tank) and its perfectly silent. As soon as I get home I will try it with other delivery system to see if I can notice that damn sound. In any cases is that something considered "normal" since the PWM is using a high frequency? For all I know this device has never been dropped or damaged, its cosmetically perfect I'd say, and since i got my hands on it all I did was baby it and make sure to wipe my connector clean and etc. I'm kinda worried that i'd have to send it to Provape at my expenses and pay for repairs.... that would kill the sweet deal I had in the first place. So help me please you Provari Pros.

Thanks in advance

Ok I need to ask this because it just doesn't seem right to me. I have 2 minis had them now a couple months the most if even that. Anyway I use carto tanks on mine. IBtanks and Iken Cartos. So I screw the tank in and use, great vape but the tank wiggles from side to side at the connector. Now the cartos are flanged and it doesn't sit flush against the top cap of the Provari. It doesn't move a lot but enough to have me worried something is wrong. Is this normal for a tank to be able to wiggle a little even though it is secure in the threads without being over tightened? I did write to provape and they said that was normal because they set the pin higher due to the many dif juice deliver devices people use on there devices. I don't know it still doesn't seem wright that the tank should move at all. Any info from fellow members would be appreciated.

~*~* UPDATE EDIT: WooHoo! Purchased the standard Provari kit with an atomizer (I think I need that to be able to direct drip. If I'm wrong, show me the way. It comes with a tip of some sort, but I think that's for the cartomizer, so I may want a drip tip later? *~*~

 Okay, I'm sitting on the ProVape website getting ready to buy one of these :) I'm fairly new to vaping, so I need a little help...

I work from home and I don't really expect to carry this thing around outside of the house. I have a few eGos so I have a bunch of stuff for that (LOVE my ProTanks and T3s). I'm told I need a connector to use my ProTanks but hubby says ProTanks are 510 threaded already, that's why we use the collar thingy with the eGos. True?

So... I also want to be able to drip, I can see the benefit for taste-testing. The kit I'm looking at comes with some cartomizers (never used those before, but whatever). Is that what I would use to drip or do I need to add an atomizer? I assume I need a drip tip of some sort?

Being that I work from home and it comes with 2 standard batteries, I'm thinking I'll use the standard ones and decide later if I want bigger batteries or not.

Hoping someone is hanging around tonight before I change my mind for the 10th time. LOL!

Bad part is that it looks like the kits only come in silver. I was really wanting purple, but I priced it out and it's cheaper to go with the kit. I can "Jwrap" it later :)

Thanks in advance. You guys are seriously the most helpful bunch!
