Was missing one item.

Emailed the email addy listed on website and did not hear anything back for 3 days.

Replied to a different address, the one that I received the confirmation from and still nothing for 3 more days.

Checked the mail and low and behold there was my missing item and 10ml's of another sample juice!!!

I ordered a 50 ml of "Blue Honey" and a 10 ml sampler of "Strawberry Honey". In between the time I ordered and received I suffered my 4th concussion. Clearly this affected my senses because when I got my order I would have sworn that the order was reversed, that I received a 50 of Straw and a 10 of Blue. I immediately sent an email letting them know that my order was messed up!
Well... Jennifer got back to me very promptly and assured me that the correct order would be sent out ASAP! I was duly impressed and expressed my gratitude, then my wife wanted to check out the bottles I had received. She told me (without looking at the labels) that the 50 smelled like Blueberry, and the 10 smelled like strawberry. Whaddaya know? My brain got it all messed up!

I jumped on my computer to send another email letting them know my mistake, and why, and apologizing profusely for my error! Jennifer was very kind about it, and gets bonus points in my book for her prompt reply to my "problem", and her willingness to rectify said "problem". I'm happy that it all worked out in the end, and that I didn't end up de-frauding one of my favorite vendors because my brain was mushy!

I've ordered from them 3 times now, the first two they shipped my order the same day as it was placed and I received it within three business days. The third time I ordered last Wednesday and hadn't gotten it yet on Saturday, so I submitted a help ticket, asking (politely) if there was a problem with it. Come to find out, they had posted the reason for delay on the home page of the site, which I failed to see. Their reply was within a couple of hours of submission (also polite), explaining that they were in the process of moving their manufacturing facility.

Despite this, and the fact that my own ignorance led to my order issue, they apparently processed and priority shipped (I paid for standard) it immediately because I received it today (Monday). Remember this was shipped Saturday afternoon. That level of customer care is almost unheard of and very much appreciated. Thank you ECBlend!

As for their product - "Something Better" indeed. Virtually any flavor you could conceive can be created using the Create-Your-Own wizards. I'd definitely recommend trying the Dragon Series too, the three variations I've tried (Dragon's Tear, Blood and Passion) are absolutely delicious.

They also produce customer created flavors, some of which have become best sellers. There's 375+ custom flavors to choose from, including common favorites and novelty flavors such as Bacon or Dill Pickle. All of them can be infused with double flavor, and most can also have sweetener, sour, menthol and other modifiers such as PG/VG ratios and nic strength applied.

Unparallelled variety and exceptional customer service. I'll never shop elsewhere for my e-liquid needs. Did I mention their prices are low too? A 30ml bottle starts at $8.99...5ml and 15ml sizes are also available, as well as 50ml, 125ml and even 250ml in some cases.

I was on the search for a certain flavor that I was striking out on it tasting jsut right to me and they were one I tried and I really liked it. They actually sent a sample of RY4 a flavor I had heard lots about but believe it or not never tried. It was really great, and I ended up going through the sample very quickly. I ordered it again from then but in the meantime went locally and bought the same flavor and was sincerely disappointed. I was very happy again when the Vapehut package arrived. The juice of have ordered from them so far, some flavors new to me, have all been good so far and fresh.

I have ordered one PV from them - an ego pass through and it is just great and worked fine out of the box without problems.

The one time I contacted them with a question I they returned my call almost immediately. The person I spoke to was every informative and friendly. I did have trouble with their email bouncing back which is why I ended up calling them but hope they have fixed that in case I have to email them a question again.

Their shipping is pretty quick for me. I ordered relevant flavorings from PA (my first ever purchase) , and unflavored base from ecigexpress (not my first), at 10:15am, and received both orders nicely packaged, after about 48 hours on a Saturday in NY, with the cheapest shipping options at that.

I ordered a 30ml Juicy Peach (it's candy peach done right), a 10ml of the Red Hot Cinnamon to try, and I used a coupon for a free 10ml Vanilla with a $20 order I received with my last order.
Dawn at DIYFS has been great, she always hooks it up with upgrades or samples, you can tell that she appreciates and cares about her customers.


When I placed my order, I thanked Dawn for a Watermelon sample that she sent with my last order, I told her that I liked to mix the watermelon and the peach. Well she went ahead and mixed up a bottle of Juicy Peach + Watermelon for free, I really appreciated that.


I placed the order on 5/14/13, it processed and shipped withen 48 hours as promised and arrived at my door 5/18/13. I did pay a couple bucks extra for Priority Shipping, but I'm sure First Class would have been just as quick. Packaging is great as always, bottles are in separate mini zip-loc bags, included is another coupon for a free 10ml with $20 purchase, a few business cards with a definition of an E cig/Vaping on the back of it, and the packing slip with a hand written thank you note on it.


I know this isn't the juice review section, so I'll do a separate review later on, after I've tried them all and they've steeped a bit longer. I do recommend the Juicy Peach and the Watermelon if you're looking for good candy type fruit flavors, the peach is very very similar to peach ring candies. I love it. I believe they have another Peach that is more like real Peach but I haven't tried it yet. I've only just tried a little bit of the Vanilla and it's really good too, I'm always nervous to order vanilla because it seems that everyone has their own interpretation of vanilla and usually I'm not a fan but I'd order DIYFS's Vanilla again.


Overall, DIYFlavorShack has great customer service and their juice is really good, quality juice. I'd recommend DIYFS all day, I'm an extremely loyal and happy customer.

After a thorough cleaning and overnight drying, I loaded it up with my favorite juice and started vaping. It was the best vape ever! I sat in vape heaven for about 20 minutes and then I started to experience dry, burnt hits. I switched to another device and let the iclear rest for awhile. When I picked it up again, I wasn't getting dry hits but only very small amounts of vapor and no flavor. I had a friend come look at it and he showed me that the bottom coil was working but the top coil was not. I think this could explain both the dry, burnt hits and small vapor production. I was so disappointed.

I decided to contact AltSmoke to see if they could offer a solution to the problem or send me a new coil. They responded immediately and informed me that they credited my account with enough points to buy 2 replacement coils. I don't think the product itself is the problem, I think I just got one with a bad coil.
