does anyone know the law reguarding ecigs in FL? is it legal? illegal? or does it hit the "grey" area im curious cause im reading/hearing conflicting reports but i have not heard for florida specifically

I approached my boss about my PV at work last week. I showed it too him, explained to him what it is, how it works, etc., etc.

He then asked me where I got it as his mom who is a heavy smoker would probably benefit from it.

Then he told me it was alright for me to vape at work as long as I don't make a big deal about it.

There are no laws against ecigs in Florida. In fact, there are alot of Lawmen vapers! And there is nothing in legislation to worry about at this time either. We watch that carefully.
