If another knows for a fact that a fraud is being committed and doesn't speak up, that is as good as an accessory to the "crime."

Here's a hint to locating spammers: Anyone who offers a coupon code OTHER THAN LEAFORD, is a spammer. That's pretty much what I have determined in my internet travels.

Legitimate suppliers will give out coupon codes acting on behalf of themselves.
