In another 2 posts I believe... I think the threshold is 15, not sure though.

you can post with less than 15
you just cant start new threads out side new mebers section untill you get 15

So....why does it say I can't post a new thread in the general discussion area when I have over 100 posts? Is it because a mod gave me a 2 point "infraction"? Is this some kind of permanent ban from posting threads? Nothing in the notice I received said anything about being prevented from starting threads.

Any help will be appreciated.
