You can easily clean a bridgeless 510 or 306 atomizer with h2o or vodka. Honestly if you are just sampling flavors, atomizers burn through the flavors quickly so just adding a few drops of a new liquid you'll be able to taste the flavor.

Use a 510 or 306 dripping atomizer....1.5 ohms for the best taste (LR)....from 5 to 7 bucks. Thats what I use when mixing DIY. They are easy to wash out and re use. You want a very clean Atomizer when testing new juices so you wont taste the "last juice" you tried.

How do you wash them out?
A quick soak in vodka followed by a hot tapwater wash is fine for regular cleanings. Just shake and blow it out to get it ready to go quickly and prevent oxidation.
