Default TW Tornado atomizers sizzling and cracking?

just got my tornado yesterday....great device.

both of the atomizers that came with the tornado are sizzling and cracking pretty loud. its not glowing at all and very little vapor is being produced. one of then also gets alot hotter than the other

could it be defective atomizers? i have no problems with 3 of my other 510 atomizers...they are working great with the tornado.
    2x Provari's w/MAP tanks, RSM Mk4VV and VV Monkeyboxx.

No problems with mine. I'm using a mega and two regulars. Call TW and see what they say. If I recall, you just got that rig and they shouldn't have any excuse not to honor the warranty.

Those are the best ones! They don't hit like that for very long, and so enjoy them while they are doing it.

I don't think its a problem i got mine yesterday and i though something was wrong with it. It had little to no vapor at all...compared to the regular 510 i got (at the day) After a couple of hours of use it started to make vapor like the reviews of it in the videos..

I got mine two weeks ago and I have had something of a problem in that I've already burned out one atty. Now maybe that's me (over exuberant noob) but I was surprised it was shot so soon.

One thing I've been reading is that the normal 510 atty has a resistance of about 2.3 ohms but I've checked out the one that came with my kit and the five that I bought later from Totally Wicked and they're all 2.7 ohms.

I'm not sure if this is an issue or not but I can tell you that I'm having zero throat hit and low vapor production with Tasty Vapor PG products (although no problems with the Totally Wicked e-liquid... hmm...).

The attys that came with my Tornado did the same thing...at first. Try dripping about 2 drops on the bridge of the attys before you inhale. Worked wonders for mine! I think it is the priming liquid they use.

Usually the crackling and sizzling is a sign that your atty is going dry. If your only using carts and its a manual your probably drying out the carts faster than they can keep up. Keep your carts moist and vape a little slower or just direct drip before you vape.

If its more of a gurgleing sound then the atty is getting flooded which means your putting to much liquid or your topping off your carts to often.

Personally IMO direct dripping is the way to go, you can control how much you put on and generally they last enough inhales that your good for a bit before you drip again!
