    Default Yellow from Smoking

It has been two months since I quit smoking. I feel the same and haven't noticed any significant changes. But a few people have told me I look brighter, more white. I guess the constant smoke around my face was staining me. Has anyone else noticed they are less yellow?

I don't know about yellow but like I wrote in another thread my mustache still has a nicotine stain that is slowly fading. I wished it would go a little quicker. I do know that your body gets more of it's natural color back though.

Smokers can take on a gray-blue pallor. I haven't seen anyone yellow, other than from jaundice.

Wonder if smoking can mess up liver function?

I have been vaping only 2 weeks & have noticed only small changes in coughing & smell. Will the symtoms of smoking go away? How long does it take?

I only thought yellow because it can stain your fingers yellow or brown, and your walls. I guess it makes sense that your skin could lose its natural color because of cigarette smoking and its poisonous effects.

I'm a lot pinker now. My skin used to be a kind of weathered gray color After the toxins left, I'm pink and my skin is much softer

being in the medical field i can tell you that you and you already know that your liver filters out all the toxins, including the analogs that we (used) to smoke. i have seen many people, including myself, that take on a mild, mellow yellow palor that kinda looks sickly. i have only been off cigs for a week but i can tell a difference already. my taste and smell are back, even when i tried to quit before they came back quick, and working in a hospital i can smell EVERYTHING now! it is pretty gross! as you can imagine!!!! all kinds of things come back when toxicity is low. i'm having a Canadian Club and diet coke now and it actually tastes...off..this is due to me having the correct flavor instead of the bastardized cig flavor. may have to change to Crown Royal!!! I have some severe dental issues, about $12,000 worth (in the States) that i am getting taken care of in Mexico (15 minutes away) for $4000 and IMHO it is from smoking. Crowns, caps, veneers, bridges and implants will make my smile back to when i was young!! Anyway, for all of you quitting and myself a big HOOOOOOOORRRRAAAHHH! and lets hope we stay off of them! As long as we can get Juice we (me) are good to go!!!!
