One-week followup post:
I've been vaping almost nothing but Decadent Vapours all week long, which astounds me, because I really like Johnson Creek liquids but have left them almost untouched.
My most-vaped flavors have been Absinthe and Parma Violet, with Absinthe coming out slightly on top-- it's not so decadent a flavor that it can't be a nice all-day vape. Parma Violet is only slightly too over-the-top for me to be using it all day long. Both of these flavors are putting out a TON of vapor in sustained use.
The Habana Reserve is nice for special breaks, but it's just too strong and perfumey for all-day use for me. (The room in which I keep the sealed bottles in a closed cupboard smells like HR, if that tells you anything.
) I do come back to it at least a couple of times a day, however. I still don't think it tastes anything like tobacco, and still get a heavy red wine vibe from it. Sustained vapor production is not as good as that of the Absinthe and Parma Violet, in my experience. Also, the vapor is literally lighter-- it rises, whereas the stuff from the other two flavors hangs or sinks. Strange.
The Diabolo Loco is just too hot to vape straight. I think I only took about three pulls on it all week. I'm still glad to have tried it, though.

Having also tried the diablo loco, I can fully agree, this is one hellburner, diluted down to 1 in 20 and it was like vaping a gas fire, my lungs were scalded and the second hand vapour burns the eyes. Vape it at your own risk.

I didn't buy the Diablo Loco but I did buy the Roast Chicken. I don't think anyone uses these more than once. My guess is that the designer brings these out just to show that he's skilled enough make any flavour he wants to make.
I once saw engraved into the guitar of a very facile player who could play very fast and in nearly any style: "Just because I can doesn't mean I should." Maybe this should apply here.

I can't speak for the Roast Chicken (yet), but I do keep coming back to the Diabolo Loco, because I really do like the flavour and it's perfect when I'm falling asleep and need a quick jolt to wake up. When I'm working under deadlines and getting very little sleep for extended periods, it's a lifesaver.
It's definitely not an all-day flavour, though. And considering that I'm still on my first cartridge so many months later, this one bottle is obviously more than enough to last me a lifetime. I'm going to have to will it to my grandchildren.

when I saw Parma violet my tastebuds went 'wowwwie', violet is my favourite candy in the world. Definitely have to try this one. I'm wondering if it will be too thick for the pv I have on the way though.

If you use it in a lower-heat PV, the flavour is dead-on PERFECT. In my experience, higher-heat models like the 510 and the Revolver Elite kind of blanch it out and/or burn it-- it's still pretty good, but not nearly as much like the candy.
I guess that's pretty much true in general, though.

I have one of the higher heat ones you mentioned ordered, but I think that its worth trying the parma violet anyway, I just have to know if I'd be missing something!
Does anyone carry Decadent Vapours in the US? I tried the Decadent Vapours site but it said it was one haitus for a week, in September - but its not currently working for me.

I really wish the DV store would reopen soon, as I've got a bunch of money to throw at them, and I need VG-only liquids. I could mix my own from their concentrates, but TW doesn't have all the flavours I want (and I'd rather just have a nice frosted green dropper bottle ready to go and be done with it).
