Johnson Creek Tenn Cured and Espresso
I have been using JC juices since May - was only using their VG 24MG until they changed the formula. Upon receiving the new formula juices, specifically Original, Tennessee Cured, and Espresso all in Reduced PG 24MG - I was quite disappointed in their taste. All 3 tasted sweet, like root beer, cream soda, and cotton candy.
I tried some other mfgr's juices and wasn't happy with them.
2 weeks ago, I got my Puresmoker Protege w/ the 510 adapter. I am using the blue filter foam in the carts from the Mod forum. Prior to receiving this device, I only used the Vapornine Nebula (KR808D1).
The KR808D1 w/ blank carts filled with JC was causing the taste problems. I never would have realized this had I not started using another device.
I am now absolutely thrilled to say the JC Tenn Cured and Espresso are amazing on the Protege! The warm, rich, caramel and vanilla taste of Tenn Cured is back; and the Espresso is superb, it truly does taste like a rich coffee with a wisp of mocha.
I know some are down on JC in general, but for me their service, quality, consistency, and commitment to this smoking alternative are beyond reproach. And now that I am truly experiencing the intended flavors, there juice is simply the best.
If you're disappointed in their flavors, try another device if possible. IMHO, ymmv, and all that.................

I dunno. About a month ago I ordered their 'original' (regular) & thought it was so unbearably chemmie tasting I tried forcing myself to vape through it till I just couldn't anymore. I also got their TN cured (reduced PG) & LOVED IT- it became my regular daily vape of choice. I liked it so much I ordered from them again & got the big bottle of it. When I got it I was unpleasantly surprised as it had too similar an odor & taste of my first shipment's 'original.' I can't vape it. I wrote them & they were really cool, said they'd mail me a bubble wrapped envelope with the post included so all I'd have to do is throw it in & mail it back for either a $ back refund or new order replacement. I have, however, kept trying to force myself to dig it & in the process used nearly half the bottle so I now feel bad going through with mailing it back, but have also come to the conclusion that I really can't stand it. Rock & a hard place. What's most disappointing to me is that I thoroughly enjoyed my first order of the cured so much I thought I had found my go to flavor, but am now stuck continuing my search... blows!

The Tenn Cured is GOOD! My favorite is the Arctic Menthol, but I have Tenn Cured and an Original here for a change of pace. (ie - I start thinking I need food instead of vape.)

Jumping on the band wagon
I am new to the scene and have had the screwdriver for two weeks.
I need to play around with different juices and hope to find one that is similar to Marlboro red. Right now I have 30 mils of e-wicked 24mg nic.. but I am not that pleased with it. I don't know exactly what I want to try next.. but I have been loking around. I am thinking about getting Marlboro that I found in the e-liquid forum but I can't remember which company.
Anyway, I am happy with the throat hit and vap production.. I just was wondering If anyone had any suggestions on good juice and if anyone has run acroos any negatives with the screwdriver, that I can be aware about?
Does the JC Tennessee Cured taste like Marlboro???
Thanks,
Tom

Original is one of the best juices out there right now. Tobacco'ish with a mellow sweetness. It is my go-to vape and has been for the last month or so.

Not at all - Tenn Cured tastes of caramel, vanilla, and tobacco. It is very very yummy but does not resemble a traditional tobacco by any stretch.

JC is a great company to deal with. My full time vape is Arctic Mint.. then Tenn. Cured.
I have to say, Always consistent, great company to deal with.
I purchased the Black Cherry, and choco mint.. I thought they were weak so decided to return them for more Arctic Mint... No problem.. Went on line, printed out a fed ex label from them.. popped it in the box. within 2 days, recieved a email that they got em and they were happy to say that they are sending me out replacements that i wanted. 2 days later... which is today, i am in vaping heaven..
Kudos to Johnson Creek.

I am vaping their Reduced PG 24MG JC Original now and it too is fantastic! Very warm, slightly sweet tobacco flavor. I love that my toughest decision every day is whether to vape Tenn Cured, Espresso, or Original - so I vape all 3!
