Tasty Vapor! (tastyvapor.com) Their zero-nic "doublers" are the best deal on the market: You can buy VG, PG, or 50/50 flavored zero-nic juice for $12/120ml. You can also buy the same flavors (or DIY unflavored) in 12-48mg nicotine levels for $15/30ml. That's a great price on its own ($0.50 a ml for nic juice!) but it turns into a huge deal when you mix the doublers with 48mg juice to get your desired nicotine level. And TV has probably the best selection of VG flavors I've seen (only one tobacco flavor, which I haven't tried yet, but it's well-reviewed I hear).

I'm also a fan of Cignot; they offer a lot of VG flavors up to 26mg, plus ECOpure flavors.
