Ms. T's Bakery: 5 Flavor Review

Ok, here are my two cents, and please don't mistake anything I am about to say as trying to be rude or as an attack on you because I certainly I don't mean any of this in that way, but I know how hard it can be to decipher the context that people are speaking in on the net. That said, this is my problem when it comes to reviews of e-liquids. I love to hear other people's opinions on what they like and dislike with them, but since taste is so subjective I don't like the fact that people will rate a juice as a zero for the fact that they didn't like the taste of it, I think it deserves a zero if it doesn't taste as described. I have had several orders from Ms T and have some of the flavors you reviewed as well.
I personally am not a fan of the bacon. I have some of the maple bacon, however I don't find the maple overpowering in mine. I can clearly taste bacon and maple syrup in it. I don't like to vape bacon personally, but I wouldn't necessarily call it "horrible" if I were reviewing it because bacon may totally be someone else's love and the fact that I personally don't like it has no bearing on whether it tastes as described, which it does. I have also found this to be the case for me with the eucalyptus flavors. I don't care for it myself, but it tastes exactly as described and there are lots of people who love it, so I say if that's what they like go for it. My boyfriend loves the cinnamon flavors but I don't. I find them too harsh and he could vape them all day, so again with subjective tastes.
I also have the blueberry muffin and strawberry cheesecake. I have to say the strawberry cheesecake is one of my favorites and an all day vape for me, and everyone I let try out my juices absolutely love it. If yours has a chemical like taste I would have contacted Ms T because I have never had a juice that tasted chemical like from her. Could have been something up with that batch perhaps, and I know in my dealings with her if you aren't satisfied she is always happy to replace it or do what needs be done to make her customers happy.
This is probably getting long winded so I will wrap it up lol. As I said, taste is subjective and what some people will love others will hate. Ms T has become my go to vendor for my all day vapes. I have ordered juice from several other vendors as well, and while I have gotten juice from each that I didn't personally care for, I have only gotten 2 that I would really review as "horrible" just because they didn't taste anything like described, but I won't mention those vendors in this thread lol. I'm happily vaping away on my Ms T's chocolate coconut bar right now yummy. Anyway, like I said, not a personal attack on the OP, just my thoughts on juice reviews in general. Happy vapin to ya .

Thanks for your honest opinions! I do want to be clear, and say that I think Ms. T's does a FANTASTIC job...but in my opinion, not every flavor is a homerun. Aside from the Bacon Maple, I could stand to vape the other four, and three of them I really liked (aside from each one having it's own unique problem). However, to be fair, I have decided to revisit strawberry cheesecake when I do my next set of flavor reviews from her, just to see if my opinion hasn't changed.

If you look in the comments thread, she offers to exchange the liquids I don't like...but I don't want that. I'm not looking for free stuff, I'm looking to give my review of the liquids I received, for good or for bad. A lot of people that do reviews say they are unbiased...but they're not really. They sugarcoat the negatives of an e-cig/liquid in hopes of receiving more free stuff. I can promise you that in every review I post, it will be my 100% no bull opinion.

Still, I'll definitely order from her in the future. She's been putting out a lot of new flavors, and I can't wait to try even more!

Oh absolutely francisco. No matter how good a vendor is you are guaranteed to get something from time to time that just won't be your cup of tea. I also have a problem with people who just do reviews to kiss butt in hopes of scoring freebies lol. I'm also glad that you are still going to order from her. I don't think there was an intention other than giving your honest opinion of what ya got, I just think some people will mistake a low score on a juice as a low score on a vendor which isn't necessarily the case, so I'm glad you clarified that your problem was just with those particular flavors and not the vendor overall.
And yes, she keeps adding flavors at the speed of lightening and we keep ordering more that we don't really need but can't help ourselves lol. 9 more flavors ordered last night, which brings the total up to i think 4 or 5 orders over the last couple of weeks LOL.
I do have to say I had the pleasure of ordering her spearmint gum and juicy fruit and they are FABULOUS .

Saying that you are giving an unbiased honest opinion is not really accurate at all.

If you hadn't purchased the Bacon Maple expecting it to be terrible then maybe it wouldn't have been so bad. Not to mention why buy something that you expect to be terrible and then when you find that it is, to your tastebuds, why even bother doing a review on it. Sorry but personally if I went somewhere to get something to eat I wouldn't say to myself "Hey.. that pineapple covered salamander on the menu sounds absolutely disgusting but I think I'll order it anyways." and then go badmouth it. Also the fact that you sat there and said that you weren't going to bother talking about the TH and vapor production of it, just because you didn't like the taste, also makes it an incomplete review of the liquid.

Also Ms Ts usually are spot on and, in my experience, taste just as advertised almost right off the bat. However, you can't do an honest review of any liquids with just a couple of drops. Leftover flavor in your atty from a previous juice, not shaking the bottle, and other factors can change the taste of a liquid. I had one I tried the other day and got almost no flavor with the first 3 drops, gave the bottle a shake and dripped 3 more and between that and getting more flavor on the atty the taste jumped right out in the next drag I took. Granted you probably wouldn't like the flavor any more with further use, since you never intended to like the flavor to begin with, but still it isn't accurate to say you are giving an honest review when you aren't giving something an honest chance.

And yes I am a customer of Ms Ts as I'm sure anyone who has spent any time on here has seen. However I would say the same about a review of anything out there as far as the basics of how things should be approached.

All I can say is I got the kahlua coffee and wrote it off more or less as 'not for me' but I went back a few days later, and tried it again. I'm so glad I did because I 'got' all the flavors I'd previously missed and it became such a fave that I shot thru the sample in no time flat, and now its all gone and I can't afford to get more til later this month
This has now happened to me with a juice from a different vendor so I think its ME or letting them sit a while after being in transit does them some good!
Lesson learned: Don't write anything off until you give it a few tries a couple of days (or more) after it arrives!

1. I never said I expected it to be terrible. I didn't know what to expect...why in the world would I order something that I didn't think I would like? I love bacon, and I love maple. But the bacon maple was not good. I've had juices that "weren't my cup of tea". This one was flat out bad. I'm sorry, I know that's harsh, but it's my opinion for better or for worse.

2. With every flavor I have vaped, once I get the atty nice and primed with that juice, my throat hit, vapor production, and flavor do not change. I vaped Ms. T's orange juice, pumpkin capp, and blueberry muffin until the bottles were empty, but my opinions would've been just the same if I had taken 5-10 drags as opposed to vaping them for 3-5 days. It just doesn't change for me, so I feel 100% confident in my ability to give a review on a flavor that I hated after just 5 or so drags. Trust me, I got the flavor, I witnessed it in all of it's glory. When I switch to a new flavor, I thoroughly clean my atty by blotting up the liquid off the bridge, running it through hot water, blowing it out, blotting out the water, and then re-priming it with the new juice. With this method, I have never had a cross-mingling of flavors. As such, they cannot influence the initial impressions of a review I do.

3. I realize that my words are harsh, but I have a big problem with people who do reviews, preface it by saying they are giving an honest and unbiased opinion, and then precede to kiss someone's a** for ten minutes. Not gonna do that, and I'm never gonna do that. In retrospect, my words were harsh to the point of being hurtful to Tammy, which were never my intentions, and for that (and that alone) I apologize, and I plan to speak with her about it in private. I love her e-juice selections, and I certainly plan on ordering again...but I won't apologize for how awful the bacon maple was. I'd actually love to see a review where someone said they liked it, because it would seriously blow me away.

In summary, saying that I give an honest and unbiased review is 100% accurate, because my thoughts are not influenced by previous reviews, or the vendors I purchase from, and I give MY honest opinion on everything. Saying I shouldn't given something a bad review just because I didn't like it is retarded...that's the whole point of it being my opinion.

I vaped Bacon Maple from Ms. T's the other day...smells and tastes just like it sounds. Absolutely disgusting. It's seriously like swallowing a glass full of maple syrup.

Ok, here's MY take on the Bacon Maple....I know FINALLY right? LOL!

Now remember...I LOVE Bacon and I love maple syrup ON my bacon (also like it on my sausage links) So, I have been vaping bacon maple ALL DAY LONG today and I like it.

Now, I don't think it's EXACTLY what I expected. I am getting more of a "hickory smoke" flavor than a bacon flavor. And I definitely taste the maple, but I don't find it overpowering at all. I think it's a perfect mix between the two.

In my opinion, it could taste more like bacon, but...I'm sure that's probably not a very easy flavor to come up with. So all in all, I'm happy enough with it and will finish the bottle definitely.

Anyone who hates theirs, feel free to send it to me.
