I didn't like this flavor either. I agree with the cough syrup taste. It was my least favorite in the sampler pack. I saved it by adding some menthol crystals. Now it tastes kind of like a halls cherry cough drop which oddly I prefer.

Oh and strawberry is the WORST and arctic mint tastes like antacid. YUCK!

I didn't really care for the arctic mint all that much, compared to the True Menthol.

I DID, however, mix the Puresmoker Marlboro and the arctic mint together. I got a flavor that kinda reminded me of a Newport. I'm using that right now.

agreed, this flavor sux. But the worst one i taste so far from the sample pack is the hawaiian kona flavor
