Trying a different route with the FDA.

So I thought to myself, we are spending so much time fighting the FDA and worrying about our future. Well, why fight the FDA instead of playing the game. I have read all the posts on the board about the FDA and all of their responses to our requests. It seems to me that the FDA is not trying to ban them just because they can, but because they feel they need to approve every thing. So I have place multiple calls and sent many emails to the FDA asking what I would have to do to legally sell and import PV's in the U.S. I also believe that product testing is going to need and be done. I believe the FDA will work with us if we work with them. So I will continue to inquire with them about what they want us to do to comply with the Code of Federal Regulations and what kind of testing they would like to see. Now, I also have contacted many consumer product testing companies in the U.S. and abroad. I just started all of this and will keep up on it and let all of you know what I find. I will also be looking into grants to provide funds for the product testing. I don't know if this will work, but I have high hopes. If you have any suggestions let me know. If this does work and it seems like a viable solution to our woes I will contact the resellers and suppliers and make sure everyone is covered. Might sound like a pipe dream, but it's my pipe dream.
