People are not receiving their KISS boxes.

Karen, how long have you been waiting??

Emails are not being answered.
The website: http://www.ruyanxpress.com/ is not working anymore.

It's been like this for a whole lot more than 12 hours.

An explanation would be very much appreciated.

I did get an email from "Harry" at dispatch this morning. He responded to mine when I asked if the new parts had arrived and will they be shipping soon. He said they did arrive and they would be shipping very soon. That's all I know.

Yeah, I really hope it's worth it now. I bought cartridges...spent 240 bucks.

Oh, and an other question that was asked here before but was never answered is:

Are the KISS boxes that we ordered from The Netherlands under guarantee by the new company based in Texas that will open July 1st?
Or do we still deal with the company based in The Netherlands?

I emailed last friday asking for a replacement atomizer. Mine works but it's kind of weak for the price I paid, my Njoy is better. I still have not gotten an answer. I'm not to happy with this KISS box right now, to me it's not worth the extra dollars unless I did get a bad atomizer. I sincerely hope I did get a bad atomizer, because I want a better performing e-cig.

Thanks sanneke. It would be a lot less hassle if our guarantees are picked up by the new company.

Crap. Right now...the way things are going...I think those who order from Texas on July 1st will get theirs faster than I will get mine. Maybe I shoulda waited? :?

Where did you get the info about the Texas company opening July 1st? What else can you tell me about that?
