I got the same email. Concerning my weak atomiser, he just says to wash it with water and dish soap. If it still does not work properly, they will send me a replacement. It's been weak from the beginning so..... I don't see how washing it will improve it. I guess I will give janty the benefit of the doubt. I wasked it, it's drying right now. I'll try it later on when it's dry and I'll see.

Make sure you charge the battery for 16 hours.

why should someone have to charge a lithium ion battery for 16 hours? if the protection circuit is working it'll just sit there, if it isn't working, it'll incinerate.. Just seems like a bad idea to me.

I think sannake is referring to the one on the USB. It requires a 16 hour charge.

no it doesnt karen.for gods sake dont leave the usb on charge overnight without supervision!
