Angry too much

Janty-Janty….i think iam getting really tired from the writing emails about broken parts of Kissbox; i think i have already 5 replacements from the time when i received my Kissbox (1st batch). For each i have to spend quite a time and several emails. To be fare Ludo respond very fast always, but he is not dealing directly with the dispatch..so its always more emails….during the holidays of Harry,i had 3 weeks without automatic swithch and almost dead battery, I have received a replacement from the French Janty (thank Ludo for coordination, but its still was 3 weeks and I think 5-6 emails. 2 days ago i notice that my “new” automatic switch don’t want to switch off (good that I notice in time to unscrew the battery and save the atomizer, i think it was about similar problem in some tread). So, another email to Janty and 2 days no respond…i too much of Kissbox

Hrmm, seems this is only a problem with Janty EU. It's a shame because Jeff is doing a great job at Janty USA. Such a nice guy and always quick to respond!

To add my voice to the chorus, I've got nothing but good things to say about Jeff with JantyUSA. He's answered all emails within minutes or hours and has been extremely timely/responsive.

It's a shame that people are having so many issues with Janty Europe.

Ditto! And he's doing it all with a new baby in the house.

We read the same names in forum posts: Jeff, Ludo, Mark, Meltrex, Cashmere, Pillbox, Macfan. Their praises are sung. Great service comes from great people, and companies rise with the quality of the people they present to customers. I'm not sure what the problem is in Europe, but JantyUSA is a great company because Jeff takes care of his customers.

i dont know either, but lots of people on the other European forums are also complaining bitterly about Jantyeurope, and the kissbox problems....

maybe you Americans are generally more happy with the kissbox because when something goes wrong, someone actually gets back to you and sends you replacements quickly...

in the UK and Europe, its a VERY different story...
