    On 8th. May was promised replacement switches fro Kissbox Classic (lasted about a week) Still have not arrived and getting no response to e-mails. Very surprised as initially communication was excellent. Anyone else having problems with them?

    They also promised as replacement switches, as our manual switch was broken, but haven't received any yet.
    We haven't tried to send them any more emails (too busy with other things), so I can't comment on the "no response" problem of yours.

    I've been emailing them since June 12th about my weak atomizer, no response. THE most expensive e-cig, I'm disappointed, I expected better.

    more than two weeks ago i ask for the replacement of manual switch (email to Ludo and Harry)...no answers yet...

    their reputation for great customer service is being damaged more and more on a daily basis...ok,so their websites changed,theyre opening new outlets worldwide,and they are very busy(probably because of all the equipment failures),maybe theyre short staffed....none of those excuses are valid really,its not the consumers fault.

    they seem to be taking on too much stuff all at once...biting off more than they can chew...and their customers are suffering because of this...

    i sent my kissboxs back last week for a refund,and to be fair ludo returned my email within a few hours,and didnt question me on my decision,just gave me the address to return it to,which i was very happy with,and i know they havnt actually received the package yet...but after listening to you all,i really hope it doesnt take forever to actually GET the refund!i'll report here how long it takes.

    what do we as consumers want?thats simple-good value,good quality products,good customer service(especially when things go wrong)--but its GOT to be fast...

    crap, crap and double crap.

    I was excited about my new kissbox...and the more I read, the more bummed out I get...and I haven't even received it yet.
    I'm in the "no drama zone". Save it for the soaps.
