Oh yeah I forgot to mention. My face has been much clearer since I started e-smoking/stopped smoking. I've had acne since I was very young and in the last few weeks my face has cleared up almost completely. (and stayed that way) The 1-2 that I do have are very small and not very noticable.

ive just started reading on this forum about a week ago - it would be nice to see what some ol'timers feel are actual health benefits - this could stop this product being banned

"Health" will have nothing to do with whether this is banned. Follow the money.

Sad isn't it. No money for them - no e-cigs for us.

When I switched to e-smoking I felt much better, but I am sure this was predominatley psychological. It also probably had something to do with the fact that before e-smoking I was smoking at least 40 hand rolled methols a day. I e-smoked for about two weeks and then had a freak out moment when I started getting the burned plastic taste in my mouth. inhaling PG is one thing (probably better than smoking but who knows), inhaling polyester is quite another, we do know that smoking polyester is no good. I really didn't want to go back to smoking cigs cause I was so proud of myself for being able to quit and wasn't sure if I'd be able to do it again. TB turned me on to stonewalls and snus and I would suggest that anyone interested in not smoking give those options a try. I didn't feel much different going from smoking to e-smoking but I feel much better after just a bit over a week without any smoking what so ever. My wife still e-smokes but she also has a real ciggerette every few days and she says she doesn't feel much healthier if any. If you are really concerned about your health then my guess is that you will have to use e-smoking as a stepping stone to not smoking at all. Yes PG is used in fog machines, but there is a h*ll of a difference between going to a club and brerathing in a bit of it and inhaling the stuff directly into your lungs all day. My guess ( due to the way I felt in the morning after a full day of chain e-smoking) is that the constant exposure to PG vapor is not very healthy. Although I do think that it probably isn't any worse than real smoking, and there is no way I would have been able to quit altogeyther without first switching to e-smoking.
