Weird, when I use carts, I don't get vapor?
So I have the NPRO and when I use a cart with the teabag method, or even with the polyester, I don't seem to get half as much vapor as without a cart in it.
Am I doing something wrong? Is the filling supposed to stick out of the white cartridge a little?

I think you will always get more vapor without a cart as not only does the filler act as a storage medium for the liquid but it can also act as a filter. NJoy carts and prefilled carts in general can be over-filled and flood the atomizer which results in puny to no vapor. Since you mentioned teabags you must be filling them yourself, possibly too much? Also if the cart material is too densely packed you could have issues. Is it a much harder draw with the cart on then off? If so overfilling/cart material compaction could be the ultimate issue?

your metal wicking mesh may not be sticking out far enough so you could try making the teabag stick out of the cart a little...to make sure that it is in contact with the mesh. the two must be in contact for the wicking to work

I have the npro myself and find the carts to be poor. Drip some eliquid into the cart often to keep them real moist. This should do the trick.
