I'd like to share a positive experience with JuicyLiquid.com

I placed an order for some DIY juice, carts, & pipettes a few days ago. Got the order quickly but it was missing the pipettes. Emailed the Jaxx's got a quick response and apology for the oversite. Got my pipettes today (again, quick shipping) and in with the pipettes were some "extras".

The "extras" weren't required or asked for but are appreciated none the less........

I know this is a new venture for the Jaxx's and with this high level of customer service, it is sure to be successful. I, for one, will be a repeat customer.

I'll have to try them. I'm looking for some new eliquids as we speak. Currently I'm waiting for some generic menthol and cola flavor from China, but have been loving my Johnson's Creek Strawberry in Medium!

I have questioned the "value added" of buying from a domestic supplier. They are notoriously out of stock and slow to ship. Meanwhile I can order from China for less than half the price and be assured that they have stock. 95% of the domestic guys are just resellers of the same stuff i buy direct.

I saw the JuicyLiquid site and was blown away. What a great concept and a great value added to the consumer. Once you are up to 100% flavorings and accesories I can't imagine why anyone would buy a resellers product.

Price: Anyone can go and look up prices for the accesories here and see that the retail pricing is very fair and you get the "value added' of a one stop shop. The liquid is great and more reasonably priced than most. The best part is that the cost is skewed; and a medium nic user is basically paying half of an already competitive price.

Shipping: My order shipped within 24 hours and was at my door in 2 days.

Kudos.

i feel so good about someone finally providing a service instead of just reselling the same stuff as everyone else for over $1/ml.

I've ordered from this company several times with no issues. Quick delivery, and they have everything I've needed which eliminates the need for me to order from several different sites. I'm looking forward to ordering the packs when available.

Can anyone chime in here.. I'm looking at these "menthol crystals". If I take 15ml of the 36mg plain juice, mix it 50/50 with glycerine, how much of the "crystal" will I need for the 30ml bottle to make it nice and strong? Something along the lines of a regular cig... and are these the only 3 ingredients I will need?

I, too, just received my first order from Juicyliquid, and I also wish I'd seen them before I ordered from China. Everything arrived promptly, as ordered, nicely packaged, complete with packing slip, and -- best of all -- with no ulcer-inducing wait for the package to clear customs!

Also, I really appreciated the quality of the drip insert in the 30ml plastic bottle that my 36mg unflavored juice came in. It actually fits tightly and drips properly, allowing for drop-by-drop measurements with no leaks or sudden gushing out -- something that I've not yet seen in any other 30ml plastic drip bottle. I know that this might seem a ridiculously minor detail to some, but I've been doing a lot of experimenting with flavors lately, so the ability to measure out tiny amounts is important to me. Usually I find myself having to rebottle anything that comes in a drip bottle larger than 10 or 15ml, which is a nuisance. It was great not to have to do that with this bottle.

Also, the ability to order menthol crystals in small amounts is such a relief! After all, what on earth could I possibly do with a half pound jug of menthol crystals? I mean, I love menthol as much as -- hell, probably far more than -- the next person, but I'm hardly planning on filling a swimming pool with it.
