First time doing this. Is this what the kids call a blog? Anyhoo, went to elcips and have to tell you i know there are other chemicals in reg cigs as I went through major panicy withdraw. I sat on the toilet praying to my mother to help me smoke those thingsand not run out to rthe car and get thge good ones. Made it through. It was much easier for me to make the transition to those than to quit cold turkey.

Noticed someone mentioned coughing up brown pieces. That happened to me about six months in. Thought I was dying. Good to know it was a side effect of not smoking reg cigs!

I am curious about ecigs though are they supposedly better for us than the eclipse? I do experience the lung burn, obly on some puffs. Also, they seem to make me want to belch. Weird.

So frustrating new friends as no one is allowed to state if one cigarette is actualy safer than another. Drioving me mad. Been looking all over the internet. I think the eclips cigs have benzene. Do the e-cigs have that? Is there a cig that is like smoking a cig that I can get as a perscription?

All I need right now is the nicotine and the senstaion of smoking. Any advice people?

Hi Pixie, welcome to the forum.

We can't say vaping is safer than smoking because there are no scientific trials to prove it but our personal experiences are that we generally feel healthier and most of us think it is safer.

I am new here and I would like to ask a question about e-puffer cartridges and flavors to recommend. I just ordered starter pack with Mirabella flavor and they said I wou;ld have to order a different flavor since they were out of that flavor. I have already had my account debited and would like to get some recommendations before I order a different flavor.

This is my first post! I have spent literally 10 hours in the past two days reading this forum! Hahaha! I figured I had better join. I'm curious, when did this forum get started?
