Should I send it back to ePuffer?

I had a penstyle that worked very poorly. I emailed them and they said they'd replace it with the mini. I got mine about a week ago and it worked great for a couple of days until the same problem started. It just wasn't working. It produces the VERY faintest of vapor.

Should I try to send THIS one back too? Do you think they'll replace it.. ? I hate dealing with them and I don't even know that they'll send me one that works. OR give a refund.

If someone can verify, but my understanding is that epuffer is OOB. There was an article linked on the forum here a couple of weeks ago. If this is the epuffer in Canada????
