| No cigarette like kick for me either. I do get a bit moody though if I don't have my e-cig fix.I know that when your body feels pain or stress, your pituitary glands immediate response is to release endorphins which give you a mild opiate like high. Perhaps the toxic fumes entering your lungs is enough to trigger this. This might explain why e-cigs don't, no toxic fumes, no endorphins. |

| Well as most of you know, I've been experimenting with making my own nic/tobacco juice & I can tell you that wow! I've had many a night when I've been puffing away and sweating up a storm due to nic overload- but of course I'm puffing like a 3 cylinder car goign up a steep grade too- taking huge full drags, holding it in etc. I'm not sure how much nicotine my smokin juice contains, but I know that /I can go a bit overboard and get quite a bit of nic in my system as the sweating gets pretty intense at times & I back off for a bit. I simmered down some Swisher Sweet Cigarillos, and the taste and nic hit I beleive are pretty high judging by my reaction to it- I've been able to cut my regular smoking down from 20 ciggs per day religiously, to 8-10 and don't get hte cravings- but of course, I've probably upped my nicotine levels by two times the amount too. I am goign to start cutting down though- but it'll probably be harder now that I've upped it for a couple of weeks |

| Thanks for the replies. When I say no kick I meant no nicotine effect - the craving is still there. When I have tried other substitutes in the past (Gum, Patches etc) they have taken the craving away (obviously not long term or I wouldn't be on this site). I will try Leafords advice and see if that works once again - appreciate the replies |

I've also been making my own smoke juice and have finally (after months of failed attempts) to come up with a great recipe with vapor volume. However, I found that the nicotine/tobacco is the trickiest part of the juice....but if you're actually sweating, then please be careful because you're consuming too high of a concentrated nicotine hit | |
