| I used to smoke about a pack a day, now I'm down to 2. I really want a real cigarette in the morning with my cup of coffee. Then I want a second one, sometimes I do smoke that one, sometimes not. I try to make myself feel guilty, because I have spend a whole lot of money on these e-cig's. Might as well use them. Now I take a fresh cartridge and fully loaded battery, and start puffing. As long as I maintain the puffing, I'm fine. |

| personally,i think its easier in the long run to just bite the bullet and abstain from ciggies totally. ok,it isnt easy sometimes, but if you want to kick analogue smoking entirely, you have to break with old habits...sure,id like a cig with my tea occasionally,or after a meal...but as a CIGARETTE addict(its not just nicotine i found addictive about the act of smoking,if that makes sense)...thats a crutch i cant afford to use. of course thats just me,im sure some are happy to just cut down...for me its all or nothing-it can be a slippery slope,i think. ive come this far,and i dont intend to waste my efforts at this stage. |
