How can I persuede him?

I have spent a while now researching e-cigs and would really like my partner to give them a try however he is reluctant. He thinks he wil look stupid in front of friends and says he eNjoys his normal cigs. I hate the smell of his normal cigs, and smoking really makes him stink! I know its his choice in the end but just want him to have a go. He is slightly more interested having flcked through this forum.

Stupid in front of his friends? What kind of guys are these who aren't interested in new gadgets? Sounds more like something you'd say when you are afraid you might have to quit smoking. But, who knows - maybe they're just so tough.

You were right in just asking for him to get them a go... doesn't have to start with quitting or even thinking about it right now. Maybe he could use ecigs to stink less for special times with you. Lots of folks smoke both for a while.

Definitely get more than one atomizer. You don't want his first experience to be a bust. If you're in the states you can get Mel's special at Myecig.com which comes with 3 atomizers. If you're in the UK, Smokester and Pillbox have very good reputations and low cost parts.
The starter kits generally come with one mixed cart pack in the box. Beyond that you'll be able to select the carts. Not all menthol smokers are happy with menthol carts, some like mint flavors and others better. Perhaps get at least 2 types so he has a choice.

I don't smoke menthol... but when I tried a menthol cart from Mel at myecig.com, it tasted just like a light menthol cigarette. I don't know if this is true with other menthol liquid. But you might want to pick up a pack of them I bet he'd like it.
