How long has your atomizer lasted ? in The E-Cigarette; I started out leaving them upside down at night but I really don't think that help's....

Also, I forgot to point out... I NEVER clean my atomizers with hot water or soda, or anything. Ever.
The only thing I do, is when it seems to be giving less vapor, is to blow out all the excess juice into a paper towel, use a paperclip in the battery side hole, and push it in there (which sometimes releases a good amount of juice) and blow it out again.
I cannot stress enough at how big a difference your carts make... After a while (and sometimes a very short while) the 901 carts stop working very well. If you start to see the filler material bunching up at the top, and looking like it has a permanent indent in the filler from the metal bridge, it's time to adjust it. I just pull it all out, unfold the square of filler, and press it in a paper towel to absorb all the juice. Once mostly dry, you can wash it with water and dry if you want, I simply use a paperclip to get it back in the cart, folding in a "2 crease" method (like a capitol Z) and refill.
One other performance technique is to care for your battery now and then. Even if you can't see it, your juice is making a thin film barrier between the battery and the atomizer. Every now and again, take a paper towel and rub around the copper contacts on both battery and atomizer. Also, if you notice the "blacking green gunk" building in the threads of the battery, this is corrosion. I use my thumbnail on top of a paper towel and rotate the battery with my thumb nail in the threads. This cleans the threads pretty well, and it's like getting a new battery most of the time. Good contact means good power transfer, which equals more heat, which equals more vapor, which equals a happy 901 user.

Very good tip's Parallx......

Now I'm really surprised. I took my 901 atomizer that had failed after two days, attached it to the battery, then took a long draw on it without the cartridge while covering up the single atomizer hole. It started getting warm & now works again. Oh well, when the third one arrives in a day or two, I'll have three.

get yourself a circuit tester it's easy to know if it's really dead with one of those.

Yeah , a small OHM meter work's wonder's..

my 901 just died, i had it for a week! I tried cleaning it in cola for a few hours, but its still dead. I just ordered 2 more, but I cant vape for like a week until they get here. this sucks, i wish local smoke shops would carry these things!

Ah, Atomisers.... when they work well they're a joy, otherwise a pita. RN4072 atts are the weakest in my view (though great when new). Next in line on the hit list for me is the 901. Atts go cold without warning and with little use when used on the normal battery but are much better on a passthrough. Then the mini-pipe - a stunning atomiser when working, but they do pack in with frustrating regularity. The two outright stars for me are the Evo and the original Intellicig atomiser (dse-103 type). For me these have lasted for five and six months respectively and are still going strong. An Evo att failed on me the other day - why? I stood on it! Otherwise they just keep going in my experience.

Stop upsetting me with your stories of your evo atomizers lasting you a long time e-pipeman...lmao.

Thanks, youse two, I was intending to give that a shot:

Just too busy/lazy to get around to it if I wasn't completely atomizer-less yet. My intention now is to order a replacement when I'm down to two working and one confirmed dead.
